“I had one of the best dinning experiences tonight. I have been in the food service industry as a chef for over 20 years. We were greeted with smiles and good energy as soon we entered the building. We were invited to sit in the bar area being there was a 45 min wait. We did not feel as though we were sitting at “the bar” and were able to enjoy an amazing meal in a great atmosphere. Our food came out quick and my steak was cooked to perfection. The service was hands down, the best part of our experience. The attentiveness we received from our servers, Braden and Harlan was unbelievable. Not once, did we have to ask for anything. I will be asking for seating at the bar every time we eat at Cattleman’s just to have those two amazing gentlemen serve us again!“

“The best huddle house I’ve been to hands down! And I highly credit this honor to the lovely service I received from our server, Lucy so I’m going to gush on her a little. I went to Morehead State for four years and still visit my friends in the area often after graduating a couple years ago. And ‘Huddle Home’ is a guaranteed spot we always prioritize going to for delicious biscuits and gravy, pancakes, hash-browns and more. Throughout those years, I had a few hits and misses on the quality of my food (I’m especially particular on how I like my food done which can be annoying, so I’ve never felt poorly about the place when they can’t do it) But I was pleasantly surprised when Lucy insured it was to my liking — and I must say it was the BEST quality I had in those 6 years. Above all, she was incredibly personable and kind throughout the service as well (I could just tell it was going to be a good meal within her first interaction with our table). Bonus points because my friends and I went there later in the evening which can always be an hairy time to go into an establishment but she was still cheerful and pleasurable and it really boosted our experience that much more. If you’re going to do Huddle, this one in particular is the place to go!“

“This has got to be one of the best Cracker Barrel restaurants out there. Every time we have been it never disappoints us as to how well the food tastes and is presented. Not so much as for a neighboring restaurant. And the servers are always kind and come back to your table often enough to make sure that everything's good or if you need anything. “Stopped in today, August 27, 2022 with a group of 16 friends. Food and service was great!! I got the pork barbecue sandwich with coleslaw and fried green tomatoes. Everything tasted great. We also got the beer cheese and fried tortilla chips and bread for appetizer and it was amazing. Every person liked their food and said they would come back. Cant say enough good things about this little restaurant near Cave Run Lake.“
