“The dining hall conveniently located in the Carter Caves complex. Seems to have finicky service hours based on the signage at the gift shop, but we were able to get lunch after the cave tours. It was buffet only at that time, but the restricted selection meant the food quality was really decent compared to most buffets. Huge dessert selection.“
