“I love this location, but I have to say today was by FAR my best experience to date! Our waiter was Oscar, and when I tell you that beautiful person deserves a raise or promotion I mean it with my whole heart! He made our child feel at ease ordering for the first time EVER! He was so friendly and his general vibe was perfect. I will be back, and ask for his section every single time!! Thank you Oscar, im so glad to have met you today!“

“Chicken faiita wrap was very tasty. Served with sour cream and salsa. Order of home made chips. Husband had Ruben and tater tots. Food hot fresh and devious. Place was cold server turned fan off and it was comfortable. Only one server needed a little help. Took pay at table. Will visit again“

“Hi there! We tried to leave a review on the website, but it kept rerouting to another location. This is for the Rt. 60 Ashland, KY location. Our daughter loves Waffle House and we make a point of it to go once a week. Kay has been our server each time we’ve visited and we wanted to say that she is a shining light. She is friendly and kind to us and other customers. She has made a point of it to leave a beautiful, encouraging note on our ticket each time & I’ve observed her taking a moment to write other customers a kind note as well. I’ve attached a picture of said note. There is so much tearing down & negativity around us, and I believe that we rise by lifting others. Kay is a special example of this & the world could use more people like her. I hope someone in management or corporate sees this & acknowledges her in the best way. Thank you for reading & have a wonderful day!“

“Great food, nice atmosphere, one of the few places open on Sunday evening in Ashland where you can get food. Quick service we both did wings and a soup. I had the chili and 10 wings with split with dry coating and wet coating. Both were very tasty and the wings were cooked right! Would I eat here again? Yes. Maybe try something else as the menu is very good. We walked there so I don't know about parking for sure but I think there is a lot that is available.“

“Excellent food, service and so friendly, tonight we had the pleasure of meeting the Manager Chris who was such a interesting man and a wonderful reflection of the way he runs this establishment, by the way his staff interact with their clients, our server was Sonya, what a beautiful person she was, so caring and full of suggestions, lucky she had a little more time to spend talking to us as we ate later, and it wasn’t to busy. We love that we found longhorn steak house it’s the best, and Sonya has been the best server we have had in the USA, we are from Australia and we would her to come visit us in Australia.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“Interestingly, 3 years ago I left a one star review, no idea why, I've loved this place since I was a kid. I suppose I was just angry at bad service one time. Anyways, this place is actually very very good and I've loved dining here since I was very young child. Amazing for dinner.“
