“We generally avoid the major chain restaurants, but this Applebee's is our exception. The service is always great and the quality of food is consistently great. My wife raves about their salmon and my go-to is the Bourbon Street Chicken.“

“Hi there! We tried to leave a review on the website, but it kept rerouting to another location. This is for the Rt. 60 Ashland, KY location. Our daughter loves Waffle House and we make a point of it to go once a week. Kay has been our server each time we’ve visited and we wanted to say that she is a shining light. She is friendly and kind to us and other customers. She has made a point of it to leave a beautiful, encouraging note on our ticket each time & I’ve observed her taking a moment to write other customers a kind note as well. I’ve attached a picture of said note. There is so much tearing down & negativity around us, and I believe that we rise by lifting others. Kay is a special example of this & the world could use more people like her. I hope someone in management or corporate sees this & acknowledges her in the best way. “So we came for my husbands’s birthday. The service was wonderful, everyone is incredibly friendly. When it came time to order food I will say this. The soup was amazing. Unfortunately the fish and chips was inedible. I don’t want to place blame. I understand it’s sometimes difficult to acquire fresh fish and to hand batter said fish. Having said that if it were my restaurant I would take fish and chips off the menu if I was unable to produce a pub staple. I’ll say this. Order the Celtic knot, the bangers and mash and the Boston cream pie, and you’ll be more than satisfied.“

“Last time we were there the normal woman who owns it or who is always there working was not there girl who waited on us was terrible normally though this is a good place very good it's another one of those deals when the cat's away the rats will play hopefully the next time we go out there she's not working there anymore the bouncy blonde who becomes friendly only with the people that she knows we love the girl who is the owner hope she knows how this girl is seems to be on her best behavior when she's there and not when she's gone most of the time the girl I'm speaking of works the front room thankfully not the bar area great pizza bread sandwich s sincerely Dave and Pam“

“A little unorganized but that's expected on a Saturday night. The only real complaints were the floor is dirty, the table decor had a lot of dust build up, the bathroom need some attention, and the there was so much butter on the food I had to use the serving plate to dump it on. I thought at first it was water from the broccoli. It was unreal. Food was good after that. Sat in the bar area and probably won't again. I've never really had bad service at this location and the food is usually very consistent and cooked properly. I'll keep coming back.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“We went to Cheddars this afternoon and received the absolute best service we have ever had. Friendly, funny and fast moving. Her name was Calliope (Poppi)
