“First time eating inside the restaurant. 10/10 from the time I walked in the door. Greeted by the friendliest gentleman who helped me decide on baked steak, mashed potatoes, kale & cornbread. Everything was delicious, hot & fresh. Took home the best piece of red velvet cake. Server was knowledgeable, helpful and very polite to everyone who was in there. Will definitely go out of my way to eat here more often.“

“We will not be returning to eat there. Soft serve chocolate hasn't been available to customers in 2 months. we were told the machine has been broken. Hotdogs, hotdog sauce and cheese very low grade....Vietti, would've been better! Although, I'm Pretty sure it was Vietti. Fried mushrooms that were burnt, dried up mushroom inside of all 6 of them. Ranch dressing tasted old or stale. Husband's ice cream, Butter pecan, had an eye lash it!! It also tasted freezer burnt as well. We want to support local business, but this is not acceptable anymore.“

“Hi there! We tried to leave a review on the website, but it kept rerouting to another location. This is for the Rt. 60 Ashland, KY location. Our daughter loves Waffle House and we make a point of it to go once a week. Kay has been our server each time we’ve visited and we wanted to say that she is a shining light. She is friendly and kind to us and other customers. She has made a point of it to leave a beautiful, encouraging note on our ticket each time & I’ve observed her taking a moment to write other customers a kind note as well. I’ve attached a picture of said note. There is so much tearing down & negativity around us, and I believe that we rise by lifting others. Kay is a special example of this & the world could use more people like her. I hope someone in management or corporate sees this & acknowledges her in the best way. “Great food, nice atmosphere, one of the few places open on Sunday evening in Ashland where you can get food. Quick service we both did wings and a soup. I had the chili and 10 wings with split with dry coating and wet coating. Both were very tasty and the wings were cooked right! Would I eat here again? Yes. Maybe try something else as the menu is very good. We walked there so I don't know about parking for sure but I think there is a lot that is available.“

“Chicken faiita wrap was very tasty. Served with sour cream and salsa. Order of home made chips. Husband had Ruben and tater tots. Food hot fresh and devious. Place was cold server turned fan off and it was comfortable. Only one server needed a little help. Took pay at table. Will visit again“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“I had the pork chops and they came with a great beer sauce that was tangy but sweet and a mild kick of onion. The Wisconsin cheddar bites are perfect with the ranch though I wish they had a jalapeno ranch option for dipping and the croissants are way better than Texas Roadhouse rolls, the honey butter definitely surpasses the cinnamon butter.

Also, be on the lookout for the tiny Jesus' spread throughout the restaurant. My fiancee saw one above our table, it was precious“
