We will not be returning to eat there. Soft serve chocolate hasn't been available to customers in 2 months. we were told the machine has been broken.
Hotdogs, hotdog sauce and cheese very low grade....Vietti, would've been better! Although, I'm Pretty sure it was Vietti.
Fried mushrooms that were burnt, dried up mushroom inside of all 6 of them.
Ranch dressing tasted old or stale.
Husband's ice cream, Butter pecan, had an eye lash it!! It also tasted freezer burnt...read full review

I absolutely love Snap shak but I think someone got my Reese's milkshake mixed up with a blizzard , a really melty blizzard lol I'll take a picture someone explain to me how I'm supposed to suck up two inch pieces of Reese's up through a straw LOL love you guys

The Shakery: Eats & Treats South Point offers good food, including good burgers, good footlong hot dog combos, footlong chili dogs, and chicken salads. The best milkshakes ever are available, with chocolate banana being the best milkshake flavor. The food is always fresh and good. The service is polite, with big smiles, quick orders, and drink refills. It is a nice local spot for quick breakfast or lunch, serving common American comfort food or a cup of coffee. However, orders from the drive-thru are often incomplete, with forgotten items and missing sauces. Some hotdogs have also been made wrong. A suggestion is to decorate the dining room in 50s decorations.
