“We will not be returning to eat there. Soft serve chocolate hasn't been available to customers in 2 months. we were told the machine has been broken. Hotdogs, hotdog sauce and cheese very low grade....Vietti, would've been better! Although, I'm Pretty sure it was Vietti. Fried mushrooms that were burnt, dried up mushroom inside of all 6 of them. Ranch dressing tasted old or stale. Husband's ice cream, Butter pecan, had an eye lash it!! It also tasted freezer burnt as well. We want to support local business, but this is not acceptable anymore.“

“The only thing I’m mad about is that I haven’t been here before! What a gem of a place, located right in the heart of thriving downtown Ashland! The interior is so comfortable, open, and inviting. They have a nice coffee bar (which I didn’t utilize this visit), a well-stocked freezer case with treats to take home, and of course the main counter. I and my friend were greeted warmly by a worker who was both knowledgeable and personable. She was patient and helped guide me into picking a perfect treat for myself. The frozen custard was delicious, and I love the wide variety of add-ins and toppings. Can’t wait for my next trip back to try…everything!“

“We've ate here since they opened up in DTR and we are always super happy and impressed with how good the food and service here are!! We've built a wonderful friendship with the staff here and I just wanna say they are the best people!! The owner is kind and does a wonderful job with the place! I couldn't be more excited to recommend a restaurant! You guys have to come and try it!! My favorite is the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich with Sidewinder fries!! They have such good salads too and the Honey Mustard is to die for!“

“I was in there this evening. I had a young biracial lady serve me and my daughter. She was very attentive to me and my 4 year old daughter. She seemed a little stressed out. But she didn’t let that stop her. She served us with a smile. And my daughter just loved her. As I was observing, there was a long line and this young lady was doing everything by herself. There was another girl there, but she was on her phone. I wanted to write this because she deserves the recognition.“

“My husband and I love dining inside at this location. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond. We never have trouble using our rewards/coupons on the DQ app here. If we're in a hurry, we can order ahead on the app and our food will be ready for us when we arrive. We almost always split a chicken tender basket and cheeseburgers. The gravy that is served with the chicken tenders is so delicious. The food is always delicious. This is our favorite Dairy Queen location!“

“I'm surprised the ratings aren't higher for this Dairy Queen. It's actually very good. I visited on June 4, 2023 and once before that. I can't complain, I got a three piece chicken tender meal with a fudge sundae for $7. I was surprised to be served gravy with the tenders so I asked for barbecue dipping sauce. The first time I asked for an extra one and was charged $.75 which wasn't bad for the size of the sauce. I don't eat gravy but I did try it and it was actually good. I don't think I've ever had white gravy(it was sausage gravy I think, that's what it tasted like. Overall, I was pleased. I didn't like the sprite, it was watery and didn't taste real good so I went back in and got some ice in my Bubba container.“
