“Had a great experience with the girl who brought me my food there was a hair on one of the cups and I didn't see it but she did and so she took it back in and replaced it which was good cuz I would have gagged LOL. Great food by the way add the new smashers and they were delicious!“

“The women who work the windows in drive thru during lunch are always so nice. They are organized, kind, and always on top of things. I frequent this Wendy’s because it’s near my work, and I have never had an issue here. Thank you guys for being so awesome“

“Three employees; Diamond, Kiyah, and Tatyanna were so kind and considerate and made sure my stuff was all good, I was ordering for 5 people who all wanted a lot of modifications to their food and I expected them to be peeved about it. I haven’t been treated this kindly at a restaurant, much less a fast food restaurant in years and with all the modifications, nothing was messed up! So especially to these ladies but also to the whole staff, I’m grateful! My only complaint is with the app and kiosk, that you cannot add lettuce to the spicy McCrispy and you can’t add the spicy pepper sauce to the deluxe spicy McCrispy“

“Dropped in during the dinner rush (5:00pm - 5:45pm) to try out the Impossible Whopper which was alright. I couldn't help but notice the great communication between all the workers. It was a breath of fresh air seeing how cohesive the young men and women working together were. I also overheard the manager audibly checking on if everyone was doing ok, during the rush. She gave words of encouragement and reassurance at how hard everyone was working. Shotouts to this crew working tonight. I wish I had something more to give than just a review. Keep up the great service and hard work! :-)“
