“What a great experience and amazing food. We went here for my daughters 11th birthday, she loves Italian food. We reserved a nice booth and we were promptly sat upon arriving. I ordered the wagyu filet and a side of lobster, my 7 year old loves lobster so we shared. They were able to have a gentleman describe some wine that paired with our food and we were not disappointed. When the food arrived we were all extremely satisfied. They even let us order off the menu, apparently their menu changed. The kids Alfredo was amazing, the shrimp scampi with scallops was delicious and the chicken Parm was perfect. They have over 10 combinations to choose from with preset ingredients or you can build your own salad like a Qdoba bowl.I had the GD special but I took off the avocado, just not a fan. See menu for detailed ingredients, it was good and flavorful and lots of chicken, I had a peice in every bite and it was soo good. I had the avocado lime ranch and I got an extra cup the salad is so big I ended up needing Greek Vinaigrette from the fridge also rookie mistake for not shaking my salad. Still didn't finish the whole thing.I can't wait to go back and build my own and try one of the lemonades! My total came out to $12 and that was perfect considering they didn't charge for extra toppings or dressing.“

“I recently moved to area. It's hard to find a regular family style restaurant these days. I had to go to post office and spotted the this place. I had the double thick cheese burger with French fries. It was very good. I have been back one more time since then and had the same thing. It's so tasty I just can't get past it. The service is good. I love that it's old looking inside. It gives it that Mayberry look. It's cool that they have pictures of service men on the walls. Price was ok. Everything cost a lot these days. It won't break the bank but it's not cheap. Still, I think it is worth the money. I will definitely be back. Maybe some day I will have something besides the Cheeseburger. LOL“

Their specialty pizzas aren't their strength. For instance, the buffalo and barbecue chicken pizzas are imbalanced -- too busy with flavor and over-the-top. I've found that the simpler the pizza, the better. Grab a (generous) single slice of pepperoni or cheese. They typically have a great selection of beer on tap.“

“So finding Taqueria La Güera was meant to be. I vividly remember find this taco spot late at night and it was one of their first days open. It was my birthday and I had to work late, the main taco truck I used to frequent wasn’t there for the night, I tried 2 more back up spots and sadly they weren’t there. I had given up almost all hope when on my way back home resigned that for my birthday I wouldn’t get any carne asada tacos which I was craving. I decided to take a different route since I had previously noticed that the stand had changed at this location. I drove by and saw light on, I made a U-turn and pulled into the parking lot. And from that moment on…after tasting the delicious Carne Asada, fresh avocado, crisp onions La Güera has become by go to spot, I visit 1-2 times a week now. I’ve had everything from the tacos, quesadillas, burritos, empanadas and even the hot dog (which surprisingly hits the spot too). There are times when I’ve eaten dinner and my wife didn’t and she will send me out to get chicken tacos. Absolutely the best in town, and I will keep coming back as long as they are open!“
