I especially appreciated that he asked whether the order was for here or to-go and made sure it was packaged securely with a lid that wouldn’t spill when opened—such a thoughtful detail.

What really stood out was his attitude. Even after helping what seemed like 20–30 people back-to-back, he remained kind and patient. In today’s world, that level of consistency is rare. The environment was also quite hectic—loud noise, kids running around and screaming—but he stayed calm and professional the entire time.

On top of that, despite being so busy, he still made time to take care of tasks like handling the trash before closing. That level of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed.
