“I always order a strawberry lemonade refresher, it's either hit or miss if it tastes right. I almost never get enough strawberries, or they're out. The other day I had ONE strawberry in my Trenta, I was highly annoyed. The parking is horrible, you have to park another parking lot and walk over or you have to wait for the drive thru to clear up“
“Great service, they do make mistakes but make it right when they do. When possible this location tries to be fast and efficient which is saying something because they are right beside the interstate and that makes them very busy. Most of their staff tries very hard to do a great job every day and are fun con people to talk too. I only gave the food three stars because it could use some work but I'm an it's all prefab and not the staffs fault but rather reflects on a corporate level of business. Parking sucks so park at panda express and walk over and save yourself stress. I like how they draw holiday specific drawings on the counter if a new picture each week. I find cute and visually appealing. For the next week they will be closing an hour early at the hour of 9:00 p.m. I was told by the barista that after the next week is over they should go back to their regular hours as long as they can find enough staff to staff the store.
Vegetarian options: I really like the breakfast egg white wrap and the lunch mozzarella basil sandwich personally. They're not very big though but I don't eat a lot for breakfast and I eat these both for breakfast. They are both good in my opinion and are not a ton of calories.
Parking: The parking lot sucks and can be dangerous. First it's small and hard to turn around in and always busy. If you enter the drive thru you are stuck there is no way to exit it.“
“Advice for people who are new to working customer service/ any job: if you bargain with your co-worker to change tasks so you don't have to make drink, decide quickly. Also, try to whisper when you have this very prolonged conversation.“
