“Wheelchair accessibility: Actually. I am disabled & walk with a cane. We go to an in store location, in our Kroger. The Baristas ALL know our drinks by heart. We always order the exact same thing! “Everyone here is so sweet and kind. I am a regular and they all know me by name. The manager, Jenna, is absolutely lovely. Once time I ordered a drink, didn't like it, and she got me a different one. Today, she chatted with me about various coffees, and actually made me a drink because she wanted me to try the syrup. She is so kind, so professional, sweet, and she manages the store beautifully. Lovely lady. Please give her a raise or promotion.“
