I did the drive-thru thing on 10/31/23 in the evening. (bacon double stack, no pickles, no onions, large frosty, small fries). The menu board was perfect. Waited a bit, got my food. Okay! Drove home, working on the fries and frosty on the way. When I got home I unwrapped the burger. Whoops! NO bacon, and BOTH pickles and onions. I've called several times over a couple of days, left messages, but no response.

My friend went into this Wendy’s and spent $25 on a hamburger and a frosty grabbed two spoons on his way out and through the drive-through window this very mean and rude lady yelled at him for taking two spoons. This is completely uncalled for and my friend is deeply sad. I hope that this can be resolved in the future. Not satisfied.
Stopped by this Wendy’s in Shelbyville and had a good experience. The guy working the counter was friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The kids loved their chicken nuggets, and everything came out fresh and hot. Fast service, good food, and great customer service. We’ll definitely stop by again when we’re in the area!
