I did the drive-thru thing on 10/31/23 in the evening. (bacon double stack, no pickles, no onions, large frosty, small fries). The menu board was perfect. Waited a bit, got my food. Okay! Drove home, working on the fries and frosty on the way. When I got home I unwrapped the burger. Whoops! NO bacon, and BOTH pickles and onions. I've called several times over a couple of days, left messages, but no response.

Everything was great but the fresh. They seemed old or double dipped.
Don’t go unless you got extra time to waste to wait for the food. Even if you mobile order.

Wendy's is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a better dining experience compared to other well-known chains. The food quality is generally higher, and the chili is a standout menu item. The menu features a variety of options, including the new Nacho burger and the popular spicy nuggets. While the service and staff can vary, some locations provide great customer service. Overall, Wendy's provides a typical fast-food experience, but with some standout menu items and a generally better atmosphere than its competitors.
The restaurant has received mixed reviews recently. Customers have praised the friendly and helpful staff, particularly during busy or stressful times. One employee, Tareq, was noted for his kindness towards a family with small children. However, some customers have reported staff issues, with long wait times and limited staff. The manager was observed trying to assist customers and maintain a positive atmosphere, even when facing challenges.
