“I love Panera, but have concerns about the Shepherdsville location and Covid-19 restrictions. The cashier handles your money and your cups. That's gross. And I thought the new rules restricted self serve drink dispensers??? Coffee still in pots for self service, along with the milk in self serve canisters. I wanted 1/2 & 1/2...it was handed to me from someone in the kitchen without gloves and long fingernails🤢. As I said, I love Panera Bread, but might see if Starbucks down the street does better with the new restrictions.“

“I’m not sure I’ve ever written a review, but this one is worth mentioning. We were a group of 13 with 7 very hungry children and the staff here could not have been nicer and more helpful. The food was made FAST - like within ten minutes our kids had plates in front of them. They accommodated substitutions for picky eaters in a most generous way. The adult food was great. We loved their selection for vegetarians and their plant-forward approach. All the meat eaters were also happy. For a deli attached to a park, you’d think this place would’ve served three usual fast food stuff. We were so impressed at how much they had to offer and how thoughtful the menu was! Oh, and price cannot be beat.

Dietary restrictions: Great for vegetarians. The chickpea wrap was great, as was the black bean quesadilla. Very unique ideas.
