“Normally, Chik-fil-a is great however I think my #1 sandwich was undercooked I didn't finish it. Had used the drive thru, and was not close enough to return or I would have. Amazingly the store gave me points the next day for a complete meal, so maybe others complained. I at least got my steps in going to the bathroom the following few days.“

“Super busy, super delicious chicken! A few customers ahead of me were aggravated and giving the staff a hard time. Frying chicken takes a few minutes. People should get real with their expectations. I ordered a 3 piece mixed meal along with 5 tenders and all of our food was hot and delicious. Just under $20. A little patience never tasted so good. 👍“

“I had an issue with my mobile order and reached out to customer service online. The next day I received an email and the owner went above and beyond to provide a resolution. Really appreciate the level of customer service; his swift response to my issue turned this from a negative experience to a positive one ??“

“Absolutely the best chicken I've ate on the planet ( I was fortunate enough to go a multitude of places in the Marine Corps)
I always tell my military friends about it! When they visit this is the place I always bring them to for KENTUCKYS fried chicken. Even while I was in (10 years) I had my mother order chicken and freeze it to bring wherever I was stationed. THE BEST !!!!!!!“
