There’s these 2 women there that I truly love and appreciate their business more then anything. I’m pretty sure their names are Jessey and chloe. But I’m not 100% on that. “Great onion rings! The beef patties are pretty good but could be more flavorful. The more beef patties you get (single to double to triple) the more the overall flavor is diluted. Makes you realize the beef needs more flavor. I ordered a double and they accidentally gave me a triple. Thankful for the additional beef, but dat taste....“

The cheeseburgers were probably the best burgers I’ve ever ordered from a restaurant. Everyone working there were extremely kind and friendly and they take pride in their job unlike most fast food restaurants they actually enjoy taking care of the customers. As a matter of fact I think I will go back today and order another triple cheeseburger before leaving Pikeville, this is the kind of service I’ve seen all over Pikeville. “I have experienced this store three times so far. First, I went inside and had a classic Arby's roast beef. My critique is that it needs to be a bit juicier, so I smothered it in Arby's sauce. The service was extremely friendly, and the dining room was immaculate.My second experience was in the drive-thru. I simply wanted a shake it was ready in no time and again friendly service.My third experience was with doordash delivering a reuben sandwich and a jamocha shake. The shake was out of this world, and in my humble opinion, Arby's has the best shake of any fast food chain.As to the ruben, it had plenty of meat and could use a touch more sauerkraut and maybe another half a slice of Swiss cheese. my biggest critique would be the bread.Although it is a marble rye, as it should be, it was soft. I recommend or humbly suggest that they toast the bread to give it a nice crunch that would round out the experience. All in all, this store is a keeper, and I certainly will be going back!“

“It's McDonalds... It's exactly as you'd expect any of the zillion others to be in terms of uniformity - and consistancy in their medium-high quality foodz, deserts, and premium iced coffee beverages... It's at the pinnacle of Fast Food perfection. In the Triad of Speedy Treatz! Haha.

Parking: Parking is a non-issue... There's 250-300 spaces, if I were to guess...

“I just called and ordered the #9 for delivery. An Italian sub. It was good, but when I asked for salt and pepper, she said she would put some packets in the bag (no packets when delivered). I ordered onions lettuce, hot peppers, mayo, vinegar and oil on my sandwich. I couldn't taste vinegar and oil AT ALL AND There were tomato's on my sandwich (which I guess isn't that big of a deal, sometimes I'll order them on my subs depending on my mood) but overall a good sub, and was DEFINATELY fast delivery! If u are craving a cold sub,and u want it like... NOW... This was a good place to call! The veggies were not overwhelming, and it has plenty of meat and cheese! They didn't over do the Mayo like some places do, and despite the tomatoes, lack of vinegar and oil, and no salt and pepper packets as promised it's one of the very few places that deliver, and pretty much the ONLY place that isn't PIZZA! Plus they will deliver orders with one sandwich! Which is a bonus to anyone living alone in a rural area like this! I will call again.“

“This is only a Chick-fil-A Express in a university building, not a full restaurant. Google Maps is very misleading about this. Hard to find, and for someone from out of town on a road trip, to get routed that far from the Interstate for something this difficult to locate is a bother. That said, food is on par with other Chick-fil-A restaurants and the servers were friendly, helpful, and understanding.“

“Very clean, friendly fast food, hamburger n hot dog resturant. I drive rideshare here from Charleston, and I get all over the map. I've not enjoyed Hardee's in the past, but I was so hungry I stopped here. There's good parking and drive-thru, of course. Clean bathrooms, too. I ordered the new double cheeseburger with maple bacon and Swiss. It was sooooo good. It came with fries and a drink, also! The burgers were not dry like the other biggie fast food establishments. I really enjoyed the lunch more than most lately and would certainly come back if I was out in the area. They do serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There were also specials, like a $5.99 big lunch meal. I'll be trying that next time as it comes with a choice of three different sandwiches/burgers, fries, etc. Refills on your soda pop, if you please.

I listened to a man scream at her through the speaker and she tried to explain there was only 4 people working there tonight he was downright hateful to her. I feel bad for fast food workers. You could hear the relief in her voice when I said take your time I’m in no rush. I know no one reads these but it’s worth a shot“
