I have experienced this store three times so far. First, I went inside and had a classic Arby's roast beef. My critique is that it needs to be a bit juicier, so I smothered it in Arby's sauce. The service was extremely friendly, and the dining room was immaculate.My second experience was in the drive-thru. It took forever here. 3 ppl at work but only 1 person a lady took our order and had time make sure ppl did it right and did there job so I understand the wait. But it is expensive for a fast food place. So management I think your the blame. Tighten up your place!!
