“7-21-2021. This morning I went thru the drive thru and I pulled up to pay for my breakfast. The car in front of me paid for my breakfast. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU. I couldn’t see who it was. I’m humbled. Never had that to happen to me.“

“Great onion rings! The beef patties are pretty good but could be more flavorful. The more beef patties you get (single to double to triple) the more the overall flavor is diluted. Makes you realize the beef needs more flavor. I ordered a double and they accidentally gave me a triple. Thankful for the additional beef, but dat taste....“

“I have experienced this store three times so far. First, I went inside and had a classic Arby's roast beef. My critique is that it needs to be a bit juicier, so I smothered it in Arby's sauce. The service was extremely friendly, and the dining room was immaculate.My second experience was in the drive-thru. I simply wanted a shake it was ready in no time and again friendly service.My third experience was with doordash delivering a reuben sandwich and a jamocha shake. The shake was out of this world, and in my humble opinion, Arby's has the best shake of any fast food chain.As to the ruben, it had plenty of meat and could use a touch more sauerkraut and maybe another half a slice of Swiss cheese. my biggest critique would be the bread.Although it is a marble rye, as it should be, it was soft. I recommend or humbly suggest that they toast the bread to give it a nice crunch that would round out the experience. All in all, this store is a keeper, and I certainly will be going back!“

“Great Doritos tacos and Chicken challupas! I wish they would bring back their chicken nuggets though. I loved getting them in my challupa. Their beef burrito is pretty good too. Wide variety of items on their menu, something for everyone. They even have a decent vegetarian menu. Plenty of parking at this location with handicap accessible parking available on both sides of the restaurant. They have a kids menu and high chairs available in store. They also have wheel chair accessible entrances and bathrooms. Friendly service and a clean dining room. The vibes in the store were pretty good. Lighting is not to bright, not to dim, and they have plenty of seating. Ordering food here can be expensive or it can be cheap. It depends on what you order. It's well worth the money in my opinion. Overall great experience and one of my favorite fast food restaurants in Prestonsburg.“

“I went through the drive-thru, picking up a bucket o' chicken. The food was still hot when I got home about 15 - 20 minutes later. Attendant was friendly. Food was good. KFC is doing much better with green beans nowadays. Stop by if you want some chicken.“
