“My mother and I had lunch at the Taylor Mill KFC around 11am Tuesday afternoon and it was one of the best meals I have ever had. I ordered a kids meal, 2 tenders and mashed potatoes with gravy. I also ordered a mountain dew and biscuit. Everything was so so good, even the soda was great. It's hard to go out to eat without something being done wrong but this experience was the best! My mom even remarked her potatoes and mac and cheese were excellent also. Seems like I'm making a big fuss but OMG it was awesome. It made our day ❤️ I loved the little pack of bbq sauce! Was my first time trying it.
The 2 ladies who waited on me and handed me the food were awesome! Kind and respectful. Gave me another bbq sauce!! I don't know their names but was a ray of sunshine since we had just come from visiting the cemetery. Thank you so much ladies! We will definitely be back soon“

“Wed, 2/28/24, Management told one of our trivia team members that she is no longer welcome because she spoke to trivia host and he felt threatened by her. She talked to host after trivia and told him she thought the questions we no longer "general knowledge" trivia. While her remarks may have been harsh, we feel she should have been warned that her behaviour would not be tolerated in the future but not forbidden to return to play trivia. Our trivia team spends 140.00 to 160.00 each Wednesday, not to mention the amount of tips the server was making (30 to 50 dollars). She also told management team that host drinks too much during trivia and they denied that. By the hosts own admission over the microphone, he has asked people to stop sending him drinks because "I'm getting drunk guys". She was told he is allowed 1 alcoholic beverage while doing trivia. WHO HAS EVER HAD A JOB WHERE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DRINK ALCOHOL?? We will probably NOT be coming back to trivia if all of our team members are not welcome. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR TRIVIA....WHICH I HAD SELECTED ORIGINALLY!!“

“Just did a to go order, I ordered a Black and Blue burger and small fries. After I get home, low and behold NO BLUE CHEESE on my burger. I expect this from a fast food chain but not this restaurant. “Back-to-back visits, and both were amazing! My husband and I are hooked on their boneless wings, and they never disappoint. Crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious every time. Yesterday it was just the two of us, and today we came back with a group of 10. Jess took care of us both days and was outstanding, as always. She’s incredibly attentive, always gets everything right, and her positive attitude and warm smile make the whole experience even better. The food was top-notch, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere made it the perfect spot to enjoy college basketball and great company.“

“The food is always fresh & hot. Staff is friendly and efficient.
Note: I do wish they would use a deli type paper liner for the food to be placed on since they use a Styrofoam box. Usually, the food is so hot that the Styrofoam is melted by the hot chicken & fries. I have emailed the corporate office with this suggestion. I think all the restaurants serve the takeout in Styrofoam boxes. My solution for now is to pull over in the parking lot and put paper napkins under the hotel food before taking it home.
No stars off. However, corporate need to make this change across the chain.“

“Was there on a Wednesday night for a fantasy draft. We had a table. Table service was for drinks only, that were served in plastic cups. Food you had to go order at the counter, then they mumbled your name over a speaker in the restaurant. I could never hear my name, but my food was ready at the counter after a while.... but nobody's name was attached to it. Wings were ok.

“Before we start, realize this is in a college area...

I used to DoorDash late at night, and after finishing deliveries at midnight, there was usually nothing else open. So I would stop and grab Pizza here. It can take them a bit of time to get it ready as its always extremely busy. The food was pretty good, nothing to write home over. Decently priced and always hot food. The atmosphere was always lacking though. Not their fault. You have a college town at midnight, full of drunk and stoned college kids, they have to eat. So the place was usually packed out the door. Feels awkward at a 30 year old man going into a place full of college kids who stare at you like you are the oldest fart around. But the staff was always nice and one guy there was really cute. So it made up for it.

Vegetarian options: They do have a few vegan/vegetarian option, clearly marked on the menu and in the app.“

“After driving 40 minutes to the Bright location to be told that they were closing early for a party (on a Friday night), we called the Ft. Wright location to verify their hours. So after another 40 minute drive we arrived at this location. The staff was very friendly! They continued to put out fresh pizzas even with our arrival 30 minutes prior to the buffet closing. Thank you Ft. Wright Snappy Tomato! The food was delicious and we greatly appreciate your friendly staff after the incident at the Bright location.“

“I love Jet's pizza. I usually get the lunch special, two cheese slices with a drink and a side of ranch and it never fails to satisfy. But the 4 corner is my favorite thing maybe in the world, the turbo crust with a drizzle of the sweet and spicy sauce on top 🤤🤤 staff is always friendly and helpful. “Cheap, fast, good service, good food.I've gone here for my lunch break a couple of times, fixing a deck right down the street. Their meat toppings are baller and they give you garlic butter on the side as a default. It's a good experience if you don't want anything fancy, just a solid pizza.“
