“Great customer service! My daughter had a pretty bad wipe out in the rain today before coming into the Taylor mill store today. She had a petty nasty scrapes on her knees and elbow. She was in tears and one of sweet workers came over with some cute animal bandaids and a few stickers for all the kids. She was so sweet to my daughter, she was instantly in a better mood after that and it took her mind off her scraped up knees and elbows. I hope she gets recognized for being so kind and her great customer service skills.The milk shakes were also delicious!“

Don’t even get me started on the shakes! They’re some of the best I’ve ever had. I’m not a fan of coffee even but the Java whip knocked my socks off! “The young man who waited on my mom and I this afternoon was great. He was patient as my mom made a decision after I read some choices for her. Her dementia makes it hard for her to make simple choices, but the young man was very patient and show no signs of rushing us or being aggravated in waiting. Luckily no one else was in line. I also told the young man how much I appreciated his patience with her. Cudos to him!“

“This is a chain ice cream store in the Crestview Hills outdoor shopping center. They have all of ice cream essentials like chocolate, vanilla, etc as well as some crazier options such as the one I tried. It was the Birthday Cake Remix. It comes with cake batter ice cream, brownie, fudge, and of course rainbow sprinkles. I didn't really get much birthday cake effect but the brownie and fudge more than make this a delicious treat. Even better I got it in a waffle cone which was crispy, tasty, and delectable. While there are more exciting local dessert joints this is always a solid choice.“

“There is a more limited selection of ice cream and higher prices than you would find at a normal Graeter's but the seating area is super cute and totally original to the building. All Rookwood tiles! It wasn't too busy on a Saturday afternoon despite the larger museum being crowded. The hours are different from the larger museum so plan your trip accordingly.“

“This is a dandy little half Dunkin Donuts half Baskin Robbins in a little strip mall close to Buttermilk Pike. This location specializes in ice cream it seems so that's what I went with (besides ice cream.) I went with the most unique flavour I could find; Bubblegum. It was ultra sweet as you might expect with definite bubblegum flavour there. They also had small little jellybean like candies inside the ice cream to add even more bubblegum taste. I got the two scoops in a sugar cone to finish a very sugary but delicious dessert. Thumbs up.“

“I have stopped in 3 times to the store. The selection and variety are great. Donuts and cookies are very good. The peanut butter fudge is fantastic. Still a great selection of wrapped candy. Candy by lb is my favorite. They carry all the classics and must haves. The owners are extremely pleasant and more than happy to help with any questions or special ordering.
