Delivery driver showed up tonight an hour and 30 minutes after ordering. Obviously the pizza was cold and just all around not good.
Order #166. Please make it right.
Marco’s - Taylor Mill, KY
Placed an order for 1 pizza. Was told it would arrive between 35-45 minutes. An hour and a half later it’s still not here. I called and get the excuse that they only have one driver. While I am a very understanding person, this is not acceptable. You should have told me it would be longer to begin with and I would have either picked it up or just not ordered.
Unfortunate situation with their delivery driver tonight so my order took twice as long. The management staff took care of my bill. My order arrived late but hot and perfect. The driver was extremely courteous as well. Best delivery pizza in NKY. 🙌
