“This place is phenomenal everything fresh and homemade. Those Tex mex egg rolls and buffalo chicken dip are to die for and well let’s just say the drinks are better than awesome. The service is like non others. This is our new family and date night place love love love. I will be letting all who I know about it.“

“Believe me or not, I had a genuinely good experience at this McDonald’s. I actually drive all the way from Louisville and decided to stop by, and I’m really glad I did. We came as two families together, and from the moment we walked in, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and well organized.

Ordering Happy Meals for the kids was easy and stress-free. The staff was friendly, polite, and patient, even with a larger group and multiple orders. They took their time to make sure everything was correct and communicated clearly, which I truly appreciated. It’s not always easy managing family orders, but they handled it very well.

The food was fresh, hot, and nicely packed. The kids were excited with their Happy Meals, which made the whole experience even better for us adults. The dining area was clean, tables were maintained, and the overall environment felt comfortable and family-friendly.

What stood out the most was the positive attitude of the staff. They seemed genuinely happy to help, not rushed or careless. For a quick stop after a long drive, this place exceeded expectations. I would definitely stop by again when traveling from Louisville and would recommend this McDonald’s to families looking for friendly service and a pleasant experience.“

“I knew it would be a cool place when the door knobs were gas pumps. Everything was detailed down to the napkin rings. It lived up to its name for sure. The food was amazing! Our waitress Cozy, I can't say enough about her. She had the best personality, super sweet and when we had decided what we wanted she definitely told us about our choices, like how they are prepared, what they come with and if she had tried them herself. I will definitely be back.“

“This visit was a reminder of why it has been several months since I have been here. The bar in the back seems to have the worst service. I asked for a coke and got a glass 3/4 full of ice. I didn’t think it was a big deal since it was very slow so bartender wouldn’t be so busy when I needed a refill. Once food came out, the bartender disappeared. I waited patiently for a good 5-7 minutes thinking maybe they were busy. Once 10 minutes rolled around and hadn’t seen anyone behind the bar, I took my ice filled glass to the front bar for a refill. Once I went around the corner I saw the bartender and several other workers gathered on other side by entrance all talking among themselves. The bartender up front gave me a refill and I went back to my seat in the back. Shortly after that I noticed a worker who was sitting at a table behind us get up and talk with our bartender who was obviously now being very “short” with us. I asked for our check and will take business somewhere else. I wouldn’t have a problem with any of this if I wasn’t expected by these people for me to leave gratuity.“

“Great atmosphere for the family plus the food is great too. You have to try their cheese curds. Plus the Burlington Burger is to die for. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had.“

“When I went into this restaurant they gave me lollipops to choose from and they handed my mom something like in a box. It was a mystery and then when we opened it it was cheesesteak and it was Oreo cheesecake. So that was yummy. And I had the hot dog and it was fine. I also had fries which were pretty good. They had this cool display of license plates from other states. and their drinks were really good. I had Pepsi which was nice and the tables were clean so that was good. That's why I recommend you eat here.“

“Food is great prices are decent. Though what really caught my eye was the older male manager with glasses. He had a positive attitude, he was so kind, everything about him was upbeat. I especially loved how he talked to all the young men working. When he asked them to do something he was polite about it and said please. He was training another young boy to clean the dining room. I love that he was teaching him and not having some other employee teach him. This place is rocking it for a fast food joint“

“1st time eating there. grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. my granddaughter loved the tablet they have on all the tables to play games while we waited. however we didn't wait long. service was incredibly quick“

“I visit other Frisch's and have never had a bad experience, but this Frisch's at 20 Kyle's Lane, Covington, KY location is 5-Stars Tops!!! Haley who works the Drive-thru Window Service and her Teammate Co-workers do an Outstanding Job. The Cook-Staff Team does a Remarkable Job on everything they cook/grill up, never has there ever been any food item that was not worthy of 5-Stars. A few friends who visit this Frisch's location have commented how glad they are that this Restaurant is in their neighborhood, they always have great experiences when visiting. Keep Up the Great 5-Stars Service!!!“

“The staff at this Steak 'n Shake are wonderful! We had a belated Christmas get together (place requested by my granddaughters). We had a large group and large order. It took awhile, but it was noon so you would expect it. They brought out free fries for the girls while we waited. Everyone was so nice and our food was hot and fresh!“

“We love Spear Ridge. Great food, fair prices, excellent service. Everything we have tried there has been delicious. Their onion rings and French fries are the best in the area. Smash burgers, chicken salad, chicken are all amazing. Great atmosphere. We highly recommend.“

“I visited The Pub recently and was met with great food and truly incredible service! However, the restaurant itself is like miserably hot. I asked to sit under a vent because I already tend to be hot, but this didn’t help. I would love to come back but next time I might as well eat outside. :/“

“I ordered take out on 2/11/25 & in the process of ordering two dinners I had an issue with my credit card that had me worried, but after speaking with the Mgr (Billy ) I nolonger was in that mindset, Billy fixed the problem and my dinners was stomach happy, will certainly return again. “JUSTIN the MANAGER is a FINE GENTLEMEN. He was very PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL. If I could I would GIFT the WHOLE TEAM all 10's or HIGHER if available. I had told Justin my family and me think this Wendy's Richwood RD. is the BEST ONE in Northern Kentucky.

“I enjoyed this spot as kind of a hidden gem for the Hebron area. The menu is rather straightforward and simple with still a decent variety to choose from. A pub type menu. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was tasty. Really, it's just a good place for a no-nonsense type of lunch/dinner when you want to just grab a bite to eat and chill.“

“This is regarding the location inside Turfway Park Racing and Gaming in Florence Kentucky.. Husband and I wanted to come out and watch the band that was there this past Saturday night. Apparently they have a new table service 'rule' in effect. if I understand it correctly, in order to sit at a table and watch the band which doesn't start until 9:30 or later, you MUST order $50 worth of food and or drinks. After the 2 hours that you are there, if you want to stay longer, they will charge you an additional $50. Who are they to tell people how much they must spend on food and drinks? We stood outside of the railing actually in the casino and watched the band for the 1st set.. We saw a couple sitting at a small round table in front of us only order two alcoholic beverages the whole time they were there.. so you are telling me that you expect two people to sit at your table and if they are not ordering food, you expect them to spend $50 on alcohol in order to sit at the table? Unless I am misunderstanding,,, needless to say, we will never ever step foot inside of this restaurant to eat or drink.“

“This Culver’s is good. I do recommend it. However, tonight when we went through the line, we sat for about 10-15 minutes before getting to place our order then waited an additional 15 at the window for our order. John, who is a teenager— was the only employee taking orders and apparently making those orders as well. He was friendly at the window to us and didn’t appear to be in a bad mood. There were other employees working with him, yet it appeared he was getting zero help from them. We could hear from the drive through window that there were female employees laughing and carrying on in the background. It’s clear that they were not helping with the drive through one bit. Keep in mind, the dining area was completely empty… I really feel bad for John, he was quite literally working alone and the drive through was pretty busy. Whoever else was “working” with him should be written up.“

“If I could give this place a higher review, I absolutely would. The friends and I were on a road trip and stopped on the way here for lunch, the employees in the back were a riot, food came out hot, and delicious! Completely recommend if you're on your way through for any reason at all!“
