“Service and food was up to SubWay high standards. Only issue was the lettuce looks a bit old. Old lettuce isn't necessarily the fault of the employee or management. A lot of food chains can only get from certain suppliers. This is one of many SubWays Ive been to in the last year. Everyone of them had old, wilted lettuce.“

“It's my first time going in here and ordering from them and they recommended the cheese steak sandwich and y'all it's absolutely delicious! Way better than subway who was getting all my business. But I think Penn Station is going to be getting my business for now on!“

“Workers were lazy and showed a lack of care for their establishment or customers. Waited for a worker to come from the back room, who then proceeded to put on gloves only to then touch his ringing phone to decline it. He was then going to proceed to make my sandwich before I asked him to change his gloves and got met with an attitude the rest of my order. They stood around playing on their phones while the garbage overflowed, and the dirty trays/baskets were stacked high.“
