“Hands down, the best hidden BBQ treasure - been coming to this wonderful place for a year every time I fly in for work. It may look like a shack that's about to fall over, but do not be fooled - there is magic happening here.
The food is amazing...my favorite is the 2 meat plate of beef brisket and ribs. I never get sauce, sides or bread - but I will tell you that the cornbread looks like heaven. The meat - always falling off the bone, has a wonderful smoke ring, and the bark...oh lord is the bark amazing. I thought it was funny that they gave me 2 forks for my order (about 18 dollars) when I just went back to the hotel and ate it all in one sitting. Flavorful, and served with a great southern smile. Worth the trip from Orlando!“

“Finally got a chance to get over to the BBQ Pit. Every part of the experience was a pleasure. From the staff to the food! In a time where customer service is definitely in a decline, the customer service at BBQ Pit was absolutely top notch and the food was cooked to perfection! Can’t say enough positive things about our first(but not our last for sure)visit. I absolutely recommend this restaurant, and a bonus: you might even get a chance to meet Doc Holiday!“

“Update im sticking with my 2 stars for food. I oderwd grilled chicken today and it was way under cooked. This is our date night go too so hopefully whoever is cooking can get it together cause we truly love coming here. Im giving the food a 2 star because of the wait time on our food. Not to mention when our food was delivered my steak and potato was room temperature. Not even my plate was hot. Im guessing my food got prepaired the was set aside . My husband's was great as always. The parmesan crusted chicken is a must. Cowboy was yummy as well. Also at no time did the manager come around to check on us.“

“I had the half chicken with baked beans and green beans and it was nothing short of amazing. The green beans were by far and away the absolute best I have EVER had. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was extremely tender! 10/10 recommend!“
