“The two girls that were working on 11/22/24 at 6:00 pm made me the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life with subway everything was fresh and made correctly, they were very friendly and willing to make sure I felt comfortable thank you ladies for the awesome food you both should get a raise!!!!“

“This has to be one of the best subways I been too. The girl that waited on me was very friendly and made a great sandwich with generous portions of veggies on the sandwich. Most of the time I have to say tell them a little bit more of this and that. She did great and it was clean. The only problem is the seating is why I didn’t give it a 5. The tables wobble as you try to eat. I will come back and hope I get the same girl again. The next time I will get her name because she deserves the recognition for her great service she provided.“

“Employee prepared 2 other people's selections even though my order came in prior to theirs orders being taken. Nope, never happened before. I saw my mobile order sitting on the back counter when I walked in and he acknowledged me by name!
When I asked him to start it, he did. 15 min. late.“

Every time I order from the one on the other side of the bridge they mess my order up royally, like literally never get the bacon I pay extra for, but this one, this one right here. Never messes up my order, and when they were trying to contact me they texted me to let me know when I missed their call, real Gs.“

There were 2 other employees that were apparently about to either start their shift or end their shift and they were gripping about their job and co-workers. It was pretty unprofessional and a little off putting. 1 rang us up but never acknowledged us, just kept gossiping to her co-worker.“

“Terrific food! Our first time visiting CSC. We ordered a Dixie Chick sandwich meal for my husband the onion lover and a Fancy Nancy for me. Wow! The first bite took my right back to my grandmothers house when I was a little girl in California, sitting on the front porch eating her chicken sandwich and drinking iced tea. My husband never said a word, he just ate in onion bliss. The cookie was a delight, a sweet end to a lovely meal. The staff is so friendly you feel welcome and the few moments we waited for our to-go order was spent in pleasant conversation. Apparently it was a big day for first timers. I suspect we will all be back.“

“My 1st experience here 8/29/24 was terrible. The "top picks" Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch sandwich sounded delicious, so I ordered it via the app. I let them know I placed an online order & was waiting at 1 of their tables. They flagged me down right when they finished making my sandwich & I immediately drove over to the Golden Nugget. I was famished, so unfortunately, I inhaled the 1st half on the drive over - yuck, it was cold!! ? After I parked, I double-checked my receipt & it definitely showed "toasted" on it, but they definitely did not toast nor warm anything on my sandwich. It made my tummy off - I couldn't finish the rest of it, so I sadly threw the rest of the footlong away. ?

After my extremely disappointing sandwich, I provided my 1st Subway survey feedback. A couple of days later, I was surprised that I got an email from the owner. In order to try to rectify the mistake, she offered me a free replacement footlong. ❤️

I'm not a local, so I had to wait a bit to redeem the sandwich on my next Lake Charles road trip. Fast forward to 11/5/24 - I finally redeemed my free footlong. ? Instead of ordering something new/exciting, I just went with my traditional favorite, the meatball sub. Definitely hit the spot with the usual Subway deliciousness!! ?“
