“I was at the Tyler Street location about 4:00pm today (03/21/2025) and had a mechanical problem with my truck. Because of an injury, I was unable to fix the problem myself. Several crew members plus customers asked if they could help. Jacob, one of the crew members went above and beyond to fix the problem so that I could get home. Not only does the Tyler Street location have great crew members, it has great customers. My order was excellent as well. When I’m in Covington, I will stop in again for good food and great service.“

“I love their "Hook and Ladder" sub. Bought one the other day and just went back and bought another today. You can asked for "reduced bread" and they will scoop out the inner bread to make it lighter, if you want. Give them a try - just across the road from Goodwill, same shopping center as Home Depot, but down at 190.“

“My order took a bit longer than expected BUT.. the girl serving was by herself. She was very polite when taking and delivering my order and was even nice to me and apologized when I pressed the button a second time to ask when the order would be out. She needs a raise please!“

“Very nice employee's. The food was hot. Fries were freshly cooked! Only drawback was the lobby had several flies. The drink station where the sauce pumps are had a lot of stuff Nats. Other than this, the lobby was clean.

“First time at Jersey Mike's. I was under the impression that they only served cold subs, and to my delight I found out that they had hot tubs also. It's hard to find a Philly cheese steak in my area. Try Jersey Mike's and it was delicious.“

“First time visiting this spot and after telling the staff in passing when trying to navigate the menu, the manager or owner gave my daughter and I our sandwiches for free! It was such a sweet thing to do, and I am still impressed with the kind gesture. We will definitely be visiting this spot again!“
