“My daughter has wanted me to come for a while now and today was my first ever visit. I love that there were “secret cookies” my daughter didn’t know existed! So I got to surprise her and that was nice. I will say these cookies seemed underdone to me at first but it could just be that they’re meant to be soft. We bought a big pack and the young lady up front this morning was able to tell me every detail of what I was looking at when picking the cookies. She also had excellent customer service! It was just so nice overall and I will be coming back!“

“Was craving a snow ball on my way home from work and it just hit 7 o clock and all of the snow ball stands were closed that I could find except one. It was a few minutes out my way but i was craving a snowball after the extremely hot day. So since they were open until 8 i gave them a shot. An boy was i glad i did. I’ve had snowballs from what seams like hundreds of different snowball stands. Ive had some of the best snowballs you can find. Being i was raised and lived in New Orleans until i was 24 so ive tried every snowball stand around. So ive seen some reviews saying LouLa’s were good but thats a disservice. When i got my large Chocolate with condensed milk it looked very good but i took that first bite and WOW is what i literally said to myself. Easily one of the best snowballs Ive ever had. The chocolate was perfect and they weren’t greedy with the syrup like some places. The condense milk was nice and thick. The snowball was just perfect. It was just what i was looking for. I just wish it was closer to where i live so i could go all the time. The location itself was great also. They have more then snowballs and if you want it to go or you want to sit outside and enjoy your snowball they have plenty of chairs and tables for you to sit and enjoy your snowball or whatever you order. They have plenty parking space as well. Bottom line. SnowBall A+ Location A+ Service A+ Quality A+ Time Open/Business Hours A+ Overall A+++. If you like snowballs and are in the area or you just want a 5 star snowball then LouLa’s is the place for you! Go see them and get yourself a chocolate snowball w/ condensed milk! You won’t regret it!“

“Arrived here at around 615am, at the time the staffed seemed half asleep and pretty much ignored me when I asked where the restroom was.. my partner decided to use the restroom while I browsed the menu. It was my first time here and I didn't even know how to order. When it was my turn to use the restroom I can hear my partner laughing, always the one to start a conversation w strangers. Nonetheless, when I came out I was greeted by Clarice and Beau and they were happy enough to share the history of Chicory coffee a second time. They were very friendly, I just think we needed a sec. The place was clean and were given samples of their frozen iced coffee. The beignets were delicious!! Paired well with the Chicory coffee!! I wished I lived near by because I would be here every day. They told us the history and we told them about our road trip with our fur baby. They immediately said you can sit outside and we will put these on plates for you, what a plus that its super dog friendly. Thanks again CLARICE AND BEAU!“
