The owners truly go above and beyond for each and every single order, the workers that they have there also pay and extreme close attention to detail. This was the best snowball I have ever had, if you’re reading my review wondering if you should go or not – please do not hesitate any longer. “The stuffed snowballs(king cake & the sweet P) are so good! We tried the lemon cookie ice cream last night & it was delicious. The staff is always very friendly. If it's busy in the drive thru line, the option to walk up and order seems to be pretty quick. Have a seat and enjoy the yummy treats ?“
“I recently went to this PJ's location in Ponchatoula, I have never had a problem with my granita orders, but on Sunday I ordered an x-large when I finally got situated on the road and picked it up it was the worst sight I had ever seen beforeI had gone to another PJ's to replace it and asked if they knew the problem and said the machine was possibly too low and needed to be refilled...I had to be back at work so I couldn't return my coffee in Ponchatoula and I had to pay for a new one...1st time ever in 30 yrs that this was an awful experience so I'm posting this so you can be aware that somethings get overlooked and I'm not going to let this bad experience overshadow my wonderful coffee experiences I have always received ♀️“
