“The crew at the Covington location are great. We had a large group, each ordering individually. They were patient with us as we tried to organize ourselves. “Customer service usually sucks everywhere, I got to say that from my personal experience, Pizza was given to us within 15 minutes there wasn't any line though. They were not smaily meaning they were busy you can tell when when workers are not happy about working in customer service field but I would say they were just busy.“

“Pizza Hut has been serving up pretty decent pizza my entire life. It should be included in the list with apple pie and fireworks as something all red-blooded patriots recognize as American goodness. Only a communist would hate on Pizza Hut. I do miss their Cavatappi and their sandwiches were downright cosmopolitan to a young girl growing up in a small rural town. But I can forgive them those errors as long as that greasy, delicious pan pizza crust holds out.

I can only give the atmosphere two stars since I'm now picking up my pineapple and ham masterpieces at strip malls, instead of those cool old mid-century buildings designed by Richard D. Burke in the 1960s. Nowadays they are anything but a pizza hut, but everyone recognizes that that local funeral home, dry cleaner or, starter church was definitely an old school Pizza Hut at one time. Bring back the old school, Pizza Hut, so I can upgrade my ratings!“
