“It had been a rough couple of days for me, so I decided to treat myself to some Ramen while I was here in town. The atmosphere was really nice, with a very cozy sort of vibe, especially on a cold night. The staff was friendly and attentive. Compared to other Ramen spots though, the actual food itself wasn't anything to write home about. Had a very peculiar pepper taste to the tonkotsu Ramen, but I still enjoyed my stay. The quiet lobby and homey air really helped take my mind off my troubles.“

“Jeremiah the manager is FANTASTIC. My husband and I recently lost our daughter and months after my husband tried taking me to Hana in Alex to brighten my spirits. We were sat at a busy table with 5 little children two of which were babies. The restaurant was PACKED there was no way to switch tables. We had a wait for 2 hours to begin with. I tried to tough it out but it was too much and I had a panic attack. Of course my triggers and emotional state is not the fault of the family nor the establishment. However it was so severe and embarrassing we had to leave before our food was brought out and cooked. My husband spoke with the manager letting him know we needed to leave and he was very kind. He even told us when we are ready to let him know and he'd be happy to welcome us back. Well two months later I was and he sat us all by ourselves and made sure we had an amazing time. Our waiter and chef were amazing too. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the manager and the kindness he showed us!“
