About Rally's

Rally's is a restaurant with a digital ordering process, but some customers prefer speaking to a human. The service is fast and friendly, and many believe the food is better than at other Rally's locations in the city. The Big Buford is a popular choice, and it has received positive feedback for not disappointing. However, the sandwich's freshness and bun quality can still be inconsistent, and there have been reports of overcooked chicken bites. While the drive-through experience can feel impersonal, the friendly staff has made some customers feel welcome. There are ongoing concerns about the building's worn appearance and unrepaired damage, and issues with order accuracy remain.
