“Only thing is to say it was an expensive lunch. Good thing it was while on vacation. Food was great. No complaints about the service. I would have preferred a Cajun, Creole or Zydeco music to the modern stuff. My order consisted of unsweetened ice tea, Boudin egg rolls, pecan pie and the Sampler (etoufee', gumbo, and red beans & rice). They close at 2:30pm.”

“My son and I were in town to attend a wedding. We stopped in for dinner Friday night and grabbed a large po' boy and a salad to share. The food and friendly service were so great we had to stop in Saturday for lunch before the wedding! We live in San Antonio, Tx, but will definitely be back when we pass through New Iberia to visit family! That bread pudding looked good and the serving is large! We might have to give it a try next time! 😊”

“My wife and daughter went here tonight. I got the Black Samurai Ramen, my wife got sushi, and daughter got hibachi chicken and noodles. The food was fantastic as always. Workers very sweet and polite and helpful across the board. Next week they are starting an all you can eat for sushi and currently they have the fried veggie spring rolls as a free appetizer for a time. We eat from here often and have always loved it. 10/10 would highly recommend.”

“I have been going to Snowball Factory almost every day religiously for a week. (My Gym hates it but) Their snowballs are TOP TEIR. I have tried every snowball place in New Iberia but Snowball Factory takes #1 by FAR. 20/10 would absolutely recommend. Staff is amazing, always smiling and just handling business. “Road stop dining that can't be missed on the way to New Iberia. The gentleman who served up the food and was servicing the window was quick and cooks up a mean barbecue. Huge portion. The turkey necks were peeling off the bone and glistening in a fantastic, sweet and just barely spicy, brown sauce that was also drizzled over a bed of rice; the dinner roll on the side was perfectly soft, easy to peel and share; the sausage pea soup was so good, there were tears coming down my travel pals face (?️), this being the same person who initially figured that she wasn't hungry until I opened up the dinner plate. More please!”

“I’ve been eyeing this food truck for a while on social media and finally had the chance to try them. We went on a Wednesday evening for dinner. I originally wanted the crawfish pie fries but they sold out, and for good reason because they looked delicious. I got the beef and cheese fries which were still really good. I enjoy the fries because they’re 1. Krinkle cut and 2. Not fried hard. I like a good balance of soft but crispy fries and these were great. The burgers were also delicious. I got the Spicy Mammy (sp?) one and it was really good! The beef was cooked perfectly, not overdone and dry. This is exactly what I think of when I want a good greasy burger. It’s not something I can have often due to not wanting my doctor to be mad at me if my cholesterol or triglycerides go up. But when I can get my hands on it, I’ll get it every now and then. Great job!”
