“Arrived right before closing on 06/09 the young lady was closing by herself she immediately asked how our day was in return we did the same. At this point she said there were some rude customers earlier, I felt bad for her because she was soft spoken. Even though it was closing time she ensured our food was prepared exactly how we wanted it. She told us to have a good night and she told us we made her day. Didn't get her name but she is a keeper and business need more employees like her, she made our night too with her kindness!! Give her more hours!!!“

“I’m on the PTO for a large school here in Pineville.We celebrated teacher appreciation today with a camping theme lunch that featured poboys. The po boys was a complete hit. AB and the rest of the staff there were a pleasure to deal with even when I called last minute to add a vegetable poboy to my order. They even sent plates and Napkins with our order they went above and beyond for us. I can’t thank them enough for helping us show the staff how appreciated they are.“

“I have not had any issues with the Food, Employees Service.

I have a problem with while I'm waiting in Drivethru, I'm seeing several Employees coming from within the Dumpster area, back to work.

I use to smoke cigarettes and I assume this is where they have been appointed to for that purpose or maybe it's other reasons.

BUT you can tell they been out there a hot minute for something!

I don't want to know my Food handling is at risk of an Employee that was hanging out around a Dumpster, for any reason, at all... 🤢

Needless to say, this has helped me make my visits less frequently!“

“Have been a customer since 1980. Have dined in over 200 locations throughout the U.S. I had my usual sonic burger and fries yesterday. Off of Jackson st. Here in alexandria. The meat was not as I expected. Not going to be mean.just disappointed“

“Usually I have no problems but this time I ordered online for curbside pickup. It said ready in 20-30 mins. I checked in when I arrived 25 mins later. After sitting there for 7 mins I went back to my order, clicked on I’m here again & was prompted to call. When I called no one answered the phone. I literally was on hold for 5 mins before I just hung up & went inside. There was no one up front, 2 people were waiting, & when I was waited on I was told my pizza was in the oven. At this point it almost been an hour since I’d placed my order. If I hadn’t already paid I would’ve left after waiting the 7 mins when I first arrived. No apology for the wait, no offer of a free side item or a discount for discount. I’m usually very happy with this location but this time was extremely disappointed“

“went on 2/5/26 ordered footling meal w tots double cheese w tots and cheddar pepper wait 20 mins they were out footling and instead of making fresh gave 2 regular in footling bun 1 tot ice cold 1 piping hot burger had at least 7 pickles and 2 handfuls of onions I ask for extra of neither call next day spoke mgr she out my name down said would replace tots and footling go back a couple days later young mgr comes tells me yes that's messed up but we don't have your receipt anymore I show her my receipt then I show her my call log where I spoke to the mgr she said she'd give the tots and footling then went in called the GM and came and told me I should have came withing a couple days well I libe in Colfax 20 mins away im not always in Pineville I think this is ridiculous considering we spent 30 dollars and almost the entire order was messed up and can't even get comped a dog gone hot dog an tater tot also side note kids don't make good managers“

“They are running a sale on 4 roast beef classic sandwiches for $10. Each sandwich was hot with plenty of meat. The buns were toasted perfectly. I was given several different choices of sauce to go on them. The staff was very helpful & friendly & seem to enjoy their job.. Each crew member was well dressed and the restaurant was very clean. I would definitely recommend that you give them a try, you will not be disappointed.“

“I think the issue with the new drive thru is how the numbers are being issued. I believe one person should be responsible for placing numbers on cars as they enter this will allow those who enter 1st to leave 1st. As it stands you may be in line 2 or 3, but due to the merging of these lines you are delayed vs line 1. I’m not a logistics expert so.“

“Everything was DELICIOUS!! There were 6 of us we all had combos and dessert. The buns and bread on my patty melt were so fresh! My wife said her burger was one of the best she's ever had. Cheese curds with marinara was awesome. Onion rings were great. Frozen custard was super smooth and creamy. Absolutely delicious! I've been to a Freddy's before but this location is top notch! Friendly staff made sure our big order was right, and helped my wife download the app to get a free dessert. The whole place was very clean. If you're in Pineville forget the standard fast food places go to this Freddy's location! We will definitely be back.“

“This was my first time trying Whataburger. So got breakfast and lunch. The honey chicken biscuit was great as was the hash browns. There patty melt was out of this world. I would take this over the others any time. I was quite surprised the see the black berry Dr Pepper shake. Yes I did get a small one should have made it an xxxlg. It was far and above my expectations.“
