“Arrived right before closing on 06/09 the young lady was closing by herself she immediately asked how our day was in return we did the same. At this point she said there were some rude customers earlier, I felt bad for her because she was soft spoken. Even though it was closing time she ensured our food was prepared exactly how we wanted it. She told us to have a good night and she told us we made her day. Didn't get her name but she is a keeper and business need more employees like her, she made our night too with her kindness!! Give her more hours!!!“

“I’m on the PTO for a large school here in Pineville.We celebrated teacher appreciation today with a camping theme lunch that featured poboys. The po boys was a complete hit. AB and the rest of the staff there were a pleasure to deal with even when I called last minute to add a vegetable poboy to my order. They even sent plates and Napkins with our order they went above and beyond for us. I can’t thank them enough for helping us show the staff how appreciated they are.“

“I have ate Arbys regular roast beef sandwiches for years have always loved them until today. I was hungry ordered 3 well the roast beef was not shredded like before it was sliced which made the meat drier and not tasty at all. It did not have that delicious taste as before even with the Arby Sauce. I ended up giving the sandwiches to my son haven't heard how he felt about them. But Arby has lost my business“

“My family and I came through the drive-thru and was greeted with the most delightful, energetic voice!!! A new voice at that!! I was excited to see who this lady was! I pulled up and seen the biggest smile on her face and when opening the window she was on point start to finish! I asked her name and how to spell it because she 100% deserves this review. Mrs. Geanne has the best attitude, she was AMAZING!!! I have never experienced this type of customer service anywhere the way Mrs. Geanne did for us. I think Alexandria should have a Geanne in all food places, she will have you planning the next visit. Not only was her attitude the best, but she also set the time to make sure our order was correct can we have everything needed in our bag. The food was hot and smells so good, my mother had to start eating in the vehicle. “went on 2/5/26 ordered footling meal w tots double cheese w tots and cheddar pepper wait 20 mins they were out footling and instead of making fresh gave 2 regular in footling bun 1 tot ice cold 1 piping hot burger had at least 7 pickles and 2 handfuls of onions I ask for extra of neither call next day spoke mgr she out my name down said would replace tots and footling go back a couple days later young mgr comes tells me yes that's messed up but we don't have your receipt anymore I show her my receipt then I show her my call log where I spoke to the mgr she said she'd give the tots and footling then went in called the GM and came and told me I should have came withing a couple days well I libe in Colfax 20 mins away im not always in Pineville I think this is ridiculous considering we spent 30 dollars and almost the entire order was messed up and can't even get comped a dog gone hot dog an tater tot also side note kids don't make good managers“

“I think the issue with the new drive thru is how the numbers are being issued. I believe one person should be responsible for placing numbers on cars as they enter this will allow those who enter 1st to leave 1st. As it stands you may be in line 2 or 3, but due to the merging of these lines you are delayed vs line 1. I’m not a logistics expert so.“

“My carhop/server was the same young lady that took my order. She was very professional and polite. Im always amazed when someone treats me with respect. My ft long coney had the crispy burnt lookin part on the weenie which is just what i like. Chilli cheese tater tots were well cooked not mushy and i also noticed the chilli seemed prepared/maintained in a decent manner. Also the cheddar peppers are a guilty pleasure of mine and i could tell that someone who knows how to fry stuff made it. Imma give my experience tonight a propper nod of approval.“

“My husband and I had stopped going to this Popeyes because the food had started tasting terrible. But he wanted to give them another try. So we went the other night and they were even running a special. So we got the special. It was the best chicken I had gotten at Popeyes in years. The chicken was fresh and so was the grease. I can always tell if the grease is old. The fries were delicious and biscuits were fresh not like they had been sitting for hours. So we will be going back to Pooeyes again. As long as the food and everything keeps tasting like it does. 😋“
