“This place is a guilty pleasure. I get the regular cheesesteak with meat and cheese only. Now you can get it with all the usual vegetables if you so desire. They also have chicken cheesesteaks and hot sandwiches. They looked good, just have never tried them. Food tends to be greasy, so I wouldn't venture out on a road trip immediately after. Perfect food for bored office employees.“

I was listened to and treated like a customer, and plus my sandwiches were not thrown in the trash & not replaced. I gave a three star customer service at this location because the manager was kind of itchyfied. But, who knows, this is Shreveport; what should we expect. If restaurant managers educate staff on customer service, they would not lose revenue. The workers do not realize that it's the customers that pay them. Treat everyone the same, because you never know if customers are a secret shopper or not. P.S.
