“This place is a guilty pleasure. I get the regular cheesesteak with meat and cheese only. Now you can get it with all the usual vegetables if you so desire. They also have chicken cheesesteaks and hot sandwiches. They looked good, just have never tried them. Food tends to be greasy, so I wouldn't venture out on a road trip immediately after. Perfect food for bored office employees.“

“First time going there and the food was delicious. I got the dressed up gator with a cup of gumbo. My wife got the bienvenue with a cup of gumbo. All delicious and the bread was really good quality. We would definitely eat here again! The gumbo could be spicier, but that just our preference.“

Had the Cajun Club Supreme PoBoy and The French Roast Beef Big Dipper.Now these are not cheap sandwiches but you get your money's worth! Even more important they were delicious. Honestly I think it's unique to our area. Only four stars on atmosphere because it's quite a small dining area but quite frankly I think it adds to the charm. Give it a try.“

“I had the gluten free bread a long time ago, but today it was officially the best gluten free bread I’ve ever had. Not sure if the recipe has changed over the years, but we will be back sooner rather than later. Thank you for offering gluten free. The place was busy which is always good to see at a local establishment. We got our food promptly and it came out correctly. Staff was nice. Highly recommend.“

“Well, well, well. The experience at this subway was Totally Different from the subway on 6138 Green wood Road, Suite 100, Shreveport, LA. I was listened to and treated like a customer, and plus my sandwiches were not thrown in the trash & not replaced. I gave a three star customer service at this location because the manager was kind of itchyfied. But, who knows, this is Shreveport; what should we expect. If restaurant managers educate staff on customer service, they would not lose revenue. The workers do not realize that it's the customers that pay them. Treat everyone the same, because you never know if customers are a secret shopper or not. P.S. “They catered a company event for us and just went above and beyond. The District Manager personally brought the food, left her business card with her phone number, emphasized that if we needed anything to call or text, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. I mean really incredible for catering. If you have a company event and need catering, highly recommended.“

“Our caravan of four suvs with close to 20 folks pulled in at lunchtime. The sandwich artist was hard at working with the already full line.Ty..the SA never let a sign of worry show. He greeted each of us and made our meals as if we were each the only one there. As our crew made it through the line the doors continuously opened with many more customers filing into the line. Ty never once showed any agitation or sense of being overwhelmed. When asked he stated someone had called out but there's was relief otw. I have worked in the food industry for over 35 years and rarely have I ever seen an employee exhibit the level of professionalism as Ty did today and I hope that Subway acknowledges the awesome employee I had the pleasure of meeting today. And the entire restaurant including the restrooms was clean and well stocked!!Thank you Ty we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this location.“

“A very pleasant lunch break. I came in for a 6 inch veggie sandwich and I felt so welcome. We’ve recently had a storm and the city is stressed out but all the employees were so patient and nice. At some point the manager came through and you can tell the healthy relationship with staff. My food was good and the young lady who made my sandwich and checked me out was helpful. I even over heard her making suggestions to other customers as they checked out. Good service is hard to come by and this store exceeded in my opinion.Vegetarian options: Many veggies and sauce’s available for a yummy sandwich.
