“Wonderful experience here tonight! I went looking forward to my one scoop of Turtle Truffle. As soon as we walked in there was a young woman with braids and a huge smile. She was so sweet and I ask about the ice cream because I didn’t see it out. She said they had taken it out and I was a little disappointed but she saw and asked in the back if they still had any. They did! And she was so sweet and awesome about everything.“

“Staff is not overly friendly but they do move quickly to serve whoever is at the counter. Love the freshness of the waffle cones. Ice cream is pretty consistently good although once or twice a bit icy instead of smooth (not sure what causes that). Very consistently a 4 - we go regularly. Friendliness of staff could take it to a 5...“

“I ordered a turkey ice cream cake for thanksgiving and the customer service was absolutely amazing. You could clearly see that they were busy but the worker’s took their time to chat with me and get my order etc. It was very nice how much they appreciated my business with them, and the lady who made my cake was very happy to show me her work( in a humble manner ). I would definitely go back and continue to do business with them.“
