Billie Jean’s Cafe is a hidden gem in Baton Rouge. The food is some of the best Soul Food in the area, hands down. The place is tucked away in a shopping center. It’s got a cool atmosphere with music and awesome people working behind the counter. I always feel welcomed and the food is top notch.
