“This location is near Baton Rouge Community College. It always appears busy, but seems to be short staff. I no longer see the 'hiring' flag that waved in front of this location, for a long time. At this visit, the wait time to order was extremely long considering a fast food restaurant. The time taken to receive order was not as long of time. The food was hot. I normally just go for the Big Mac while my company chose the number seven. I have visited this location in the past and maybe posted a review regarding the preemployment experience.

“By far my favorite McDonald’s. They have the best prices and the food is always good, for a McDonald’s, and the order is always right. It’s about 20 minutes out from where I’m at but I am always willing to make the driver just because it’s superior to any other one near me.“
“I go here pretty often to grab a quick lunch. Most of the time your able to get on through the line and be on your way. The food has always been fresh when i went. The only times I've had issues with sitting in the line longer were when they were understaff that day. But their customer service remained consistent .“
“Went in today around 12/21 5pm the customer service was great . The food was 100%fresh and warm. The employee up front was very helpful and nice and the manager was nice as well. Shout out to the cooks as well because the food was made with McDonald’s love. The atmosphere was clean and calm.“
“Quick service. Within 5 minutes of arriving, I got my food, and there was at least 6 cars in front me when I got to drive through this morning.
Not sure what is in the steak for the steak, egg, and cheese mcgriddle, but it satisfies for sure. Wouldn’t recommend a breakfast combo but the sandwich is all the grease and sugar you shouldn’t regularly eat without working out, and that is what makes it so good.
Remember it is a fast food place so if you complain about the service, remember they don’t get paid a lot or tipped.“
“Pull up and ordered a quarter pounder meal and she said I quote " you know breakfast is over" which I responded I ordered the quarter pounder meal with a sprite which she replied oh okay. Then after I paid , mind you no one in front of me asked me to pull into slot # 1 and my meal would be right out no one behind me so ....Why???? 😭“
“I know processed food isn't healthy but you could never make me hate McDonald's ??no one can top the fries for sure we looooove McDonald's over here in Baton rouge Louisiana ❤️ only thing I have a problem with is how the prices of their food is rising“
“This location is seriously ALWAYS on point! My order is never wrong! (Besides the very RARE hiccup with the customization of an item. But like I said, it’s rare and small if they do make a mistake, which happens with every business! So no big deal!) All the employees are so friendly while also seeming to have a good time with their coworkers and I love that for them! (:“
“I went to the Baton Rouge/Florida location again today, and Shakur served me.
Once in past I have written a review on Shakur, but maybe I used the wrong location.
I am a senior, and lifelong resident of Barin Rouge. I just want you to know what a gift the McDonalds cooperation has in Shakur.
Shakur is as professional has any employee, of any age, at any company....You just don't know what you have, He is polite, humble and sharp as a tac.
I feel like thus city is beyond blessed to have him
He deserves recognition and to be rewarded...because people like him don't come along everyday.
ps...I am not Shakurs mother, or family...I am just one very pleased customer.

“I visit here frequently. Seems like it depends on day and time of day you visit here that you will get hot food and fast service. For the past couple of weeks I have visited 6 times after 4pm. Sitting at the speaker takes patience as the line grows into the street. You might be thinking well maybe there busy until you pull around and are the only car at the window. “Wow! I hardly write reviews for places but this location just made my day so I had to write a review. First off my caramel iced coffee was incredible and tasted great. My nuggets were so fresh and tasty as well. I asked for ranch but they gave me ranch and a buffalo sauce but I love the buffalo sauce so I was happy to have both! And best of all the workers seems happy and friendly. They deserve a raise! McDonald's actually made me smile for once and I was not expecting this quality of service!“
“Wow, I didn't know that business closed for good. I will always remember that original business because I used work Morning till Afternoon there when I was student in high school in August 2006? until May 2007 when I graduated high school in 2007. So, I remember I enjoy I work there, sometimes I made joke and make coworkers laugh and chat and helpful with them, me and my old best friend, some old classmate was work there and I remember some old coworkers and managers, I find that hard believe been a LONG TIME since I leave there in 2007. Oh wow, I mean, very long times!! I have MOST good and some bad memories of there and I remember I ask manager's permission to I walk to across Church Texas Chicken (no longer there anymore) to buy some food there, I'm bit shock that this business is closed so Church Texas Chicken too. I guess because of COVID-19 pandemic. Man, sure times have changed! I no longer live in Baton Rouge since I graduated high school in 2007. Now, I have move on and let it go but always remember them.“
“I love everything that l test it soo good and it's good prices and of course the $5 meal is a good thing to get 1 you can get the Burger with the meat or the chicken burger and 2 you can get chicken nuggets 3 the fries 4 a drink and the price makes 5 so that is good l love McDonald's my very first best favorite restaurant 👍👍💗💗💖💖“
“So look, we all know its fast food. But! When you need it quick because of time, then the speed and freshness are really important. Had to use digital order screen( I am not a fan) but since had the family, my wife wizzed right through the order process. Everything was as ordered, hot and fresh which is why I had to leave a review. When it is good, it is very much worth it!!“
“Took 25 minutes to get a fish sandwich. So I talked to the manager and it turns out they have to go to a pond out back, catch the fish, dispatch it, clean it, bread it, freeze it and then fry it. So when all that's considered, 25 minutes ain't bad.“

“While traveling from Biloxi back to Baton Rouge, my wife didn't eat breakfast before leaving, so we had to stop at McDonald. I also got more to eat. I don't know what happened to the person taking our order, but the STOPPED in the middle and didn't respond to me anymore for almost 8 minutes. Why???😵💫 Then a woman came on and took our order. The process resumed quickly.

“Love this McDonald's, it's the only one I come to. Staff is always friendly, food is 98% of the time correct and made right, there's a white girl there that always wears the blue shirt and she has medium length straight black or brown hair, she's really cute.Staff always says good morning or afternoon, I'm treated well here.“
“I was very sick with the diabetic problem. I had to eat something. A young black man in a white shirt and a tie helped me. He was unbelievably kind and threw in an extra small hamburger. I was very touched by this and will return again. 5 star service. ?? ? ? ?“
“They do the best they can as fast as they can everytime we've been. 4/5 only because the management seems to have left them understaffed at peak hours which naturally leads to slightly longer wait times and more overwhelmed workers. Maybe it's just new for this location but they are very thrown off by mobile orders though they do get around to figuring it out eventually. They just seemed too busy to think the last time we went, but at the end of the day it is McDonald's and the food was warm and nothing was missing which is a huge plus in my book.“
“Love the food but the workers don't know what they're doing I went there and ordered 2 hot & spicys and a medium fries and they gave me 4 hot & spicys and a large fries and I just drove off more food for me and my friend.
