“Love the food but the workers don't know what they're doing I went there and ordered 2 hot & spicys and a medium fries and they gave me 4 hot & spicys and a large fries and I just drove off more food for me and my friend.

“Miss Diana I love you. Your customer service was amazing. The food was also great. I walked in and went to order at one of the screens and Miss Diana offered to take my order. I didn’t know what I wanted so i told her i just needed a sec and i wanted to look over the menu and that was no problem for her. After i ordered, she took the extra step to ask if i wanted any ketchup on the tray with my food. I was starting to pick up and she noticed i didn’t eat everything. she then asked if i was full and if i wanted a bag for my extra food. Miss Diana you didn’t have to do any of this but since you are a good person, you did. THANK YOU! Love, Tate“
“By far my favorite McDonald’s. They have the best prices and the food is always good, for a McDonald’s, and the order is always right. It’s about 20 minutes out from where I’m at but I am always willing to make the driver just because it’s superior to any other one near me.“
“This location is near Baton Rouge Community College. It always appears busy, but seems to be short staff. I no longer see the 'hiring' flag that waved in front of this location, for a long time. At this visit, the wait time to order was extremely long considering a fast food restaurant. The time taken to receive order was not as long of time. The food was hot. I normally just go for the Big Mac while my company chose the number seven. I have visited this location in the past and maybe posted a review regarding the preemployment experience.

“Absolute best McDonalds in town. Obviously managed and run by trained adults, unlike most of Valluzo' McDonalds.... I suspect this McDonalds is owned and managed by McDonalds of Acadiana.
I just looked it up and the 2220 South Sherwood Forest is owned by McDonalds of Acadiana, as I thought....look them up and go see what real management is really like.“

“I’m from out of town. I stopped to get breakfast and the young ladies that worked this morning were so polite and professional. I even told the young lady that we should able to tip them versus rounding up for charity. She explained how good the program was for the charity. This is what I love to see! “Wow, I didn't know that business closed for good. I will always remember that original business because I used work Morning till Afternoon there when I was student in high school in August 2006? until May 2007 when I graduated high school in 2007. So, I remember I enjoy I work there, sometimes I made joke and make coworkers laugh and chat and helpful with them, me and my old best friend, some old classmate was work there and I remember some old coworkers and managers, I find that hard believe been a LONG TIME since I leave there in 2007. Oh wow, I mean, very long times!! I have MOST good and some bad memories of there and I remember I ask manager's permission to I walk to across Church Texas Chicken (no longer there anymore) to buy some food there, I'm bit shock that this business is closed so Church Texas Chicken too. I guess because of COVID-19 pandemic. Man, sure times have changed! I no longer live in Baton Rouge since I graduated high school in 2007. Now, I have move on and let it go but always remember them.“

“So look, we all know its fast food. But! When you need it quick because of time, then the speed and freshness are really important. Had to use digital order screen( I am not a fan) but since had the family, my wife wizzed right through the order process. Everything was as ordered, hot and fresh which is why I had to leave a review. When it is good, it is very much worth it!!“
“I have no idea why this location has such a low rating. I went early-ish on a Saturday, but they were *quick* even for a drive-thru. I had a special order and it didn't slow them down. I said good morning and they replied in kind. Food tasted yummy, coffee was good. They know what's up here. High quality service, fast and efficient, polite and cheerful. Great job y'all!“
“I visit here frequently. Seems like it depends on day and time of day you visit here that you will get hot food and fast service. For the past couple of weeks I have visited 6 times after 4pm. Sitting at the speaker takes patience as the line grows into the street. You might be thinking well maybe there busy until you pull around and are the only car at the window. “I never leave reviews but they deserve it. I’ve never been to this location before. I went through the drive thru at around 9:30am 10/18/25. I was taken back by how nice and friendly they were. I’ve been working in customer service/food service for over 5 years now and I KNOW how difficult it can be to keep a smile when almost half your customers are rude and entitled. These employees looked and sounded so genuine even in the short interaction I had. I go places fully expecting to feel like an inconvenience but not here. The food was so good too! Thank you!“

“First time in a long time that I've had a great experience at a Mc Donald's. Counter staff was friendly and helpful, did was prepared properly and made as I requested. Prompt, and efficient service at the counter was really a nice change from other locations.
Fish fillet was fresh and everything in it as requested and in proper amounts. Fries were fresh and hot as well. Lobby and dining areas were clean and stocked.“
“I haven't eaten at this McDonald in a while. I used the kiosk upfront to place order. It was very easy to do. I order my number 1 favorite meal of all times! The Big Mac meal. Price was good. This placed was a little behind on cleaning the tables. Me and others had to walk around and pick fom the least most clean. This was a little busy.

“Hands down one of the best McDonalds I have been to in years. Clean building, friendly workers, hot fast food, and the ice cream machine worked! I enjoyed so much I brought our basketball team the next day. The McDonalds crew took care of our team quickly with no complaints from any staff members. Darius and a new young lady were very friendly and kind!“
“Stopped by here on a weekday morning for a quick breakfast. I ordered on the mobile app and chose in store pickup. By the time I parked and walked in, my food was ready and waiting. The restaurant was clean and it seemed to be run well. The staff was friendly. I can't vouch for other times of the day but the morning crew seemed to be on the ball.“
“I learned to match and count to 10 in preschool, yet McD's workers in Montevideo, MN can't match a receipt to actual items or count to 8. On a road trip, I ordered 4 combos of the 2 cheeseburger meals, very basic. I had to ask at the window for my 4th drink, they only put 3 in the carrier. Got our food and continued on our route. Only realizing later that they only gave us 6 burgers, not 8. Not a difficult order, 4 fries, 4 drinks, 8 cheeseburgers and they still couldn't get it right. I had a bag clearly with 4 fries and a bag full of burgers, looked like a lot in there, but shame on me for not checking accuracy at the pick up window. To top it all off the fries were barely warm and dry. Disappointing waste of money, we should have bought lunch at the gas station.“
“The food is as good as McDonald's can be. I can say I've never had this McDonald's tell me that their ice cream machine is down for the night. The staff is helpful. I guess the only complaint I have is that the restrooms could be kept more tidy.“
“They do the best they can as fast as they can everytime we've been. 4/5 only because the management seems to have left them understaffed at peak hours which naturally leads to slightly longer wait times and more overwhelmed workers. Maybe it's just new for this location but they are very thrown off by mobile orders though they do get around to figuring it out eventually. They just seemed too busy to think the last time we went, but at the end of the day it is McDonald's and the food was warm and nothing was missing which is a huge plus in my book.“

I went for breakfast & put my pick up order in incorrectly, but the lady helping me was so nice and patient about fixing it and had my food and drink still ready quickly. This is one of the only locations I’ve had such a good experience at.“
