“This location is near Baton Rouge Community College. It always appears busy, but seems to be short staff. I no longer see the 'hiring' flag that waved in front of this location, for a long time. At this visit, the wait time to order was extremely long considering a fast food restaurant. The time taken to receive order was not as long of time. The food was hot. I normally just go for the Big Mac while my company chose the number seven. I have visited this location in the past and maybe posted a review regarding the preemployment experience.

“Good quick service restaurant was clean and food seemed to be fresh so there was no complaints. Staff was friendly and helped with the very minor issue i had.good experience all around and definitely will be back if I just need a quick meal.“
“By far my favorite McDonald’s. They have the best prices and the food is always good, for a McDonald’s, and the order is always right. It’s about 20 minutes out from where I’m at but I am always willing to make the driver just because it’s superior to any other one near me.“

“Pull up and ordered a quarter pounder meal and she said I quote " you know breakfast is over" which I responded I ordered the quarter pounder meal with a sprite which she replied oh okay. Then after I paid , mind you no one in front of me asked me to pull into slot # 1 and my meal would be right out no one behind me so ....Why???? 😭“
“Went in today around 12/21 5pm the customer service was great . The food was 100%fresh and warm. The employee up front was very helpful and nice and the manager was nice as well. Shout out to the cooks as well because the food was made with McDonald’s love. The atmosphere was clean and calm.“

“Quick service. Within 5 minutes of arriving, I got my food, and there was at least 6 cars in front me when I got to drive through this morning.
Not sure what is in the steak for the steak, egg, and cheese mcgriddle, but it satisfies for sure. Wouldn’t recommend a breakfast combo but the sandwich is all the grease and sugar you shouldn’t regularly eat without working out, and that is what makes it so good.
Remember it is a fast food place so if you complain about the service, remember they don’t get paid a lot or tipped.“
“I visit here frequently. Seems like it depends on day and time of day you visit here that you will get hot food and fast service. For the past couple of weeks I have visited 6 times after 4pm. Sitting at the speaker takes patience as the line grows into the street. You might be thinking well maybe there busy until you pull around and are the only car at the window. “I love everything that l test it soo good and it's good prices and of course the $5 meal is a good thing to get 1 you can get the Burger with the meat or the chicken burger and 2 you can get chicken nuggets 3 the fries 4 a drink and the price makes 5 so that is good l love McDonald's my very first best favorite restaurant 👍👍💗💗💖💖“
“I have no idea why this location has such a low rating. I went early-ish on a Saturday, but they were *quick* even for a drive-thru. I had a special order and it didn't slow them down. I said good morning and they replied in kind. Food tasted yummy, coffee was good. They know what's up here. High quality service, fast and efficient, polite and cheerful. Great job y'all!“
“Wow! I hardly write reviews for places but this location just made my day so I had to write a review. First off my caramel iced coffee was incredible and tasted great. My nuggets were so fresh and tasty as well. I asked for ranch but they gave me ranch and a buffalo sauce but I love the buffalo sauce so I was happy to have both! And best of all the workers seems happy and friendly. They deserve a raise! McDonald's actually made me smile for once and I was not expecting this quality of service!“
“Wow, I didn't know that business closed for good. I will always remember that original business because I used work Morning till Afternoon there when I was student in high school in August 2006? until May 2007 when I graduated high school in 2007. So, I remember I enjoy I work there, sometimes I made joke and make coworkers laugh and chat and helpful with them, me and my old best friend, some old classmate was work there and I remember some old coworkers and managers, I find that hard believe been a LONG TIME since I leave there in 2007. Oh wow, I mean, very long times!! I have MOST good and some bad memories of there and I remember I ask manager's permission to I walk to across Church Texas Chicken (no longer there anymore) to buy some food there, I'm bit shock that this business is closed so Church Texas Chicken too. I guess because of COVID-19 pandemic. Man, sure times have changed! I no longer live in Baton Rouge since I graduated high school in 2007. Now, I have move on and let it go but always remember them.“

“So look, we all know its fast food. But! When you need it quick because of time, then the speed and freshness are really important. Had to use digital order screen( I am not a fan) but since had the family, my wife wizzed right through the order process. Everything was as ordered, hot and fresh which is why I had to leave a review. When it is good, it is very much worth it!!“
“Hands down one of the best McDonalds I have been to in years. Clean building, friendly workers, hot fast food, and the ice cream machine worked! I enjoyed so much I brought our basketball team the next day. The McDonalds crew took care of our team quickly with no complaints from any staff members. Darius and a new young lady were very friendly and kind!“

Wheelchair accessibility: There several entrances on the building that offer different views and access to the parking lot and public surroundings which are all wheelchair accessible with one being wheelchair accessible and having a wheelchair ramp.“
“Stopped by here on a weekday morning for a quick breakfast. I ordered on the mobile app and chose in store pickup. By the time I parked and walked in, my food was ready and waiting. The restaurant was clean and it seemed to be run well. The staff was friendly. I can't vouch for other times of the day but the morning crew seemed to be on the ball.“
“While traveling from Biloxi back to Baton Rouge, my wife didn't eat breakfast before leaving, so we had to stop at McDonald. I also got more to eat. I don't know what happened to the person taking our order, but the STOPPED in the middle and didn't respond to me anymore for almost 8 minutes. Why???😵💫 Then a woman came on and took our order. The process resumed quickly.

“The food is as good as McDonald's can be. I can say I've never had this McDonald's tell me that their ice cream machine is down for the night. The staff is helpful. I guess the only complaint I have is that the restrooms could be kept more tidy.“
“I learned to match and count to 10 in preschool, yet McD's workers in Montevideo, MN can't match a receipt to actual items or count to 8. On a road trip, I ordered 4 combos of the 2 cheeseburger meals, very basic. I had to ask at the window for my 4th drink, they only put 3 in the carrier. Got our food and continued on our route. Only realizing later that they only gave us 6 burgers, not 8. Not a difficult order, 4 fries, 4 drinks, 8 cheeseburgers and they still couldn't get it right. I had a bag clearly with 4 fries and a bag full of burgers, looked like a lot in there, but shame on me for not checking accuracy at the pick up window. To top it all off the fries were barely warm and dry. Disappointing waste of money, we should have bought lunch at the gas station.“
“They do the best they can as fast as they can everytime we've been. 4/5 only because the management seems to have left them understaffed at peak hours which naturally leads to slightly longer wait times and more overwhelmed workers. Maybe it's just new for this location but they are very thrown off by mobile orders though they do get around to figuring it out eventually. They just seemed too busy to think the last time we went, but at the end of the day it is McDonald's and the food was warm and nothing was missing which is a huge plus in my book.“
“Love the food but the workers don't know what they're doing I went there and ordered 2 hot & spicys and a medium fries and they gave me 4 hot & spicys and a large fries and I just drove off more food for me and my friend.
