Alright, I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any quick fast food/chain restaurant. I can’t remember her name but could remember the face. But she seemed like possibly management in not sure. She was happy, cheerful, energized, and nice. She seemed like she was genuinely happy to be there and work. I understand from many folks when you go to a chain or fast food there is just no high expectations. Most of the time people working at these chains seem unhappy...read full review
The Chinese lady wearing a black shirt is so nice! Every time I shop here, she’s always cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Great customer service! Highly recommend this Panda on Siegen Lane. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Can you get healthy food there I asked them to make me grilled vegetables instead of rice. It was very good

Panda Express on Siegen Lane receives mixed feedback. One customer had one of the best experiences ever at any quick fast food or chain restaurant. A lady, possibly management, was happy, cheerful, energized, and nice. She seemed genuinely happy to be there and work. She helped take the order and prepare the bigger plate. The customer noted most people at chains seem unhappy or have an attitude, but she was just the opposite. Beijing beef is really good too. Another customer says a Chinese lady wearing a black shirt is so nice, always cheerful, friendly, and helpful, with great customer service. Another tried the new brisket and was helped by a very pleasant person, with another great help at checkout. Overall, a really good experience with a well trained staff with hot and good food. Another says great place, good food, and appreciates a store manager with a nice way in personality, but mentions a black manager with a very nasty attitude that makes the place look bad. Another was helped by a young lady who was so kind and funny, smiled, and gave great service. Another was not pleased because the food was cold and nasty and will not be returning.
