Panda Express in Baton Rouge

“Food was great, small selection so it was as overwhelming as most Chinese restaurants can be. The noodles were a bit dry but the teriyaki chicken made up for it. Its good with or without the teriyaki sauce they add. The place was clean and staff was courteous and welcoming.“

“You might want to acknowledge your customers that are coming to pick up an order, 3 or 4 people hanging around the drive thru window 1 customer walked in after I did. I'm standing at the register 2 employees see me but not one came over. This has happened before it was 3 or 4 people waiting for to go orders, this don't make any sense. Bad customer service do better or at least assign someone to assist with to go orders.“

“Alright, I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any quick fast food/chain restaurant. I can’t remember her name but could remember the face. But she seemed like possibly management in not sure. She was happy, cheerful, energized, and nice. She seemed like she was genuinely happy to be there and work. I understand from many folks when you go to a chain or fast food there is just no high expectations. Most of the time people working at these chains seem unhappy or have an attitude. The lady that helped take my order and prepare my bigger plate was just the opposite. She did a great job and it’s people like that, that deserve to get a raise, promotion, whatever it may be. Thank you to whoever that was and it was just very unexpected which made it even better. Beijing beef is really good too by the way.“

“As usual the food at this franchise was good. However, the experience that is compelling me to write this review is due to service that I received. The person that took my order was extrememly customer friendly. I made sure that I informed the manager on duty about this exemplary service. Still, I feel the need to put my comments about this level of service out into the ether. It's unfortunate that I don't recall the young ladies name. It was really a pleasure to have her as my server. The day of my visit was Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019, at approximately 4:30pm.“
