Heading through OTR from Houston, looking for seafood and a place to drop for a minute. Very glad I found this place... could just be cause I'm really hungry lol but worth it ??
Now let me start by saying today May 17, 2023 I went to Piccadilly on Essen Lane, reason I was in that area, so I went in floors clean, overall place was well kept.
