“Karen was so polite and they are fast and kind there environment was clean from inside and out there chicken was hot and fresh I had to get me some I was there to pick up a door dash but there service so fast and the chicken was hot I had to get some and the customers look so happy“
“Chicken was fresh out the grease HOT ? services was great. Since covid19 I only go here if I'm the 2nd or only car in the drive thru. No one wants to work any more. So with a shortage of employees everywhere, it takes longer and my patience isn't that long. Not on the business but me.“
“Went to this location on yesterday and the store was so fresh and presentably clean. My biggest pet peeves are restaurants that never wiped down anything but constantly cook peoples food. The service was great as well. I hope they keep this up because it is highly valued and appreciated!“
“A huge shoutout to Assistant Manager Shandrel who treated us like family even though we were just at the drive thru. We told her we were from Georgia while we waited for our special order (we ordered thighs and drumsticks only). It was handled promptly and arrived piping hot and delicious. There aren't any Popeye's locations near where we live and we told her we look forward to that when we come to Baton Rouge. She said please come by on your way out and eat with us again. And we did! The service was great, the staff (especially Shandrel) were friendly, courteous and got the order right - both times! The food was good, too! I would recommend it to anybody going to the Baton Rouge area. It's worth checking out this particular location.“

“Popeyes was closed and I explained that my family forgot my food, and the manager knew it was not there fault and I had not paid for my food she said she was going to make it and had me wait a normal time for them to cut everything back on and had my food hot and ready with out charging me. This was awesome where else can you go and some one do something like this and it’s not even the restaurant or employees fault!!! This was the Central Popeyes on Wax Road 70818 location and the Manager was very professional and polite to me.“
“I had a great experience once again today Ms.Barbara always go above & beyond to make sure she give great customer service & a smile that will brighten up a room!!! My chicken & sides are always nice,hot, & fresh all the time I can never go wrong at this location….LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES!!!!“
“I go to this location a lot since my job is close. This location is definitely the best in BR. Always consistent, always professional, and never a long wait time even when they’re busy. I think their chicken is the best given I’ve been to multiple locations in BR. They def have a great management. They all deserve a raise!“
“I was skeptical going to this Popeyes but it was on my route, I was starving and the Popeyes in PA is trash. To my surprise, my visit was nothing short of a 5 star rating. They promptly took my order, I didn’t have to back up to restart their timer, the employee at the window was warm and friendly and my food was ready AND HOT!!! ??? This Popeyes provided exceptional food and service. While this was only one visit, a win is a win. I’ll take another chance on them!“
“I've been to many different Popeyes in many different states..none of them come close to this location I don't know what they're doing different here but it is genuinely the best fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and the food is exquisite. I've gone 5 times so far and will be coming many more.“
“This place exquisitely deals with professionalism. And their chicken is to die for; I love their garlic wings. I get as many as I can every time I visit this location. I haven’t been to many Popeyes’s locations in the past, but this one by far is better most chicken places I’ve been to I still have my heart set for Bojangles but that’s only because of my origin in the state of from North Carolina. I bleed Bo-berry Blue baby!!
Parking: Always plenty of spots when I have gone to this specific location
Kid-friendliness: You can bring your kids here not to play in the playpen. There is no playpen, but they have high chairs.“
“I ordered a chicken sandwich, which is always delicious, except for this time. I was given a chicken patty that had barely any edible chicken. It was extremely small and the outside of the patty was burnt around the edges and the center of the patty was barely edible. It was the absolute worst chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. It was placed through the mobile app, however, it was made when I went inside the establishment to pick up my order. The worker who made it looked at me rudely and asked if it was for me before she made it. I'm not sure what the look was about, however, it obviously wasn't meant well. The employees are rude, however the cashier is friendly and helpful. I won't be returning to this location again.“
“I have always loved Popeyes chicken, But my last two times to this location, I got Chicken wings and they seem to be cooked in an old slimy grease. The first time I threw away after eating one piece. Second time The next morning I had an upset stomach. I will wait a long time before I go back to this Popeyes.
