Ms. Gervaise and the crew at the Sherwood Forest Starbucks location were phenomenal! The Starbucks on Oneal Lane messed up my drink order, and their attitude was less than pleasant. I decided to go to another Starbucks to order the same drink, and they comped the drink for me due to the service I received at the other location! Now that is A-1 customer service! Thank you so much!

Starbucks Coffee looks like a place regulars visit during the school year and the mornings. Inside the space feels cozy and welcoming and the atmosphere great. Friendly faces and baristas are usually helpful and gave a sincere greeting to regulars. The drinks are good and made the right way and the coffee was correct. Customers will grab a drink and work or sit at an outdoor table when become very crowded inside. The service best in town and the workers are friendly with a nice voice. Occasionally a drink was poorly made but the staff make the drinks very well. The place looks nice and updated after a remodel and the barista interaction pleasant. Customers appreciate the friendly service and will come back.
