Ms. Gervaise and the crew at the Sherwood Forest Starbucks location were phenomenal! The Starbucks on Oneal Lane messed up my drink order, and their attitude was less than pleasant. I decided to go to another Starbucks to order the same drink, and they comped the drink for me due to the service I received at the other location! Now that is A-1 customer service! Thank you so much!

the food and coffee itself is worth 5 stars but the customer service and temp of the coffee will make you want to deduct. i see some come in a say good morning and that crew late morning mid day, and dont speak must go to front of counter get their attention. and the temperature of the coffee is way to hot unless you use to high temp will burn your mouth like between hot water and acid low grade. got to wait til it cools. hope this location improve they do play good music

Starbucks Coffee looks like a place regulars visit during the school year and the mornings. Inside the space feels cozy and welcoming and the atmosphere great. Friendly faces and baristas are usually helpful and gave a sincere greeting to regulars. The drinks are good and made the right way and the coffee was correct. Customers will grab a drink and work or sit at an outdoor table when become very crowded inside. The service best in town and the workers are friendly with a nice voice. Occasionally a drink was poorly made but the staff make the drinks very well. The place looks nice and updated after a remodel and the barista interaction pleasant. Customers appreciate the friendly service and will come back.
