Starbucks is losing their touch! The employees are clueless, and have the audacity to ask for tips at the drive thru window! I placed a mobile order and when I arrived I announced I had a mobile order. When I reached the drive thru window, the guy asked for payment again, I informed him the order was prepaid. Literally THE slowest Starbucks in Baton Rouge. It never fails that I end up waiting 15-20mins for my one very simple drink. Even when I place a mobile order… I have sat in the drive through for ridiculously long times as well. The workers just take their sweet time and aren’t even nice at this location.
