Wendy's in Baton Rouge

“The young man demonstrated great courtesy and hospitality. He was very attentive to my needs/asking to complete my order. Keep up the great work! I apologize I don't recall the cashier name. However, he was tall, bright skin, slender, and a handsome young man.“

“Just had the perfect pretzel bun chicken sandwich. The bun was soft and warm, the fries were fresh but about 5 minutes from taking them out of the frier, perfectly salted. I have been telling myself I am going to start a diet. This is the perfect meal to start a fasting. Thank you Wendy's for such an amazing meal. Praise Jesus Christ for the love that we all have together!“

“I went here for lunch and my card would not work. The girl behind the counter, without hesitation, used her own debit card and paid for my lunch. Told me to pay it forward. I got choked up because people generally aren't nice like that and she was just so cool about it. Thanks. You know who are. May God bless you.“

“Overall this place is amazing. The lady who is here and a guess is incharge is always going to ask if you need help if she sees you standing around waiting and boy with she deliver if you say your waiting on food. She will take it upon herself to go and check it for you and come back with either food or an answer.“

“This time they had what I wanted in their menu: baked potato. Sometimes they are not available in the evenings nor late afternoon. There was an announcement about thing that are not available and some of the lights were off having us think they were closed until we looked closer“

“Dude. I do not like Wendy's. The drink machine is kept stocked with ample syrups by a 4 year old dog, the wait time is crazier than a doctors office waiting room and the last time I got a burger there, it shanked me. Couldn't necessarily recommend in good conscience. Unless you like Wendy's. Then it's fine. Just rating well because I feel bad for the employees. Working fast food is rough.“

“Wendy's makes me so sad. What happened to the Coffee Toffee commercials!?! They were the best. But now whenever I order a burger there, I get cut on the edges of the patty because they're so sharp. Talk about a fall from grace. It makes me so upset I just wanna puke. And every time I ask to speak to Wendy, they just tell me "Wendy is on the sign, not in the building. Get down off the counter, you're scaring people." I'll tell you what, I'd ask for a refund if I actually bought anything. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

“I went there on the 06/10/2024 and I ordered a 10 piece SPICY nugget meal with a jr bacon cheese burger …now I’m upset because I came there at 9:44 and I my food was hot but I got the wrong damm nuggets the worker at the window was cool but he did not do his job he didn’t double chemo food to make show it was correct..I hope they get their customers service together“
