Have to pay for sauces 🤬🤬🤬
Where to begin!
The lady taking the order seemed frustrated and not happy to be there.
After paying I was just pointed to go park over there.
Waited and waited and nothing came. I had to get out of my truck and walked in to find oit they gave my order to aomeone else.
After a while I heard someone find my burger and then she threw it in a bag
And got some bottom of the bin stale fries.
The hamburger was hard and did not take fresh.

The food overall was fresh but what motivates me to leave a 5 star review was the drive-through service that Ms. Shelnetta provided. I made an order that was wrong and she patiently and kindly explained the changes that have been made to the menu and suggested the best way to order what I wanted. I thanked her for being so kind and patient with me because usually workers are rude and inpatient. Thank you Ms. Shelnetta for such great service.

Wendy's offers a variety of experiences. While the Grill chicken wrap's size can vary, the service and taste are generally good. The drive-thru is praised for its speed and friendly staff, with some customers noting the welcoming smiles from the employees. Customers have enjoyed meals like the crispy chicken BLT, describing it as very tasty and satisfying. The parking lot and lobby are clean, making it convenient for quick visits. Fries and tea remain popular choices among customers. Some encounters with staff can be un pleasant, with one instance involving an older lady with a poor attitude, but overall, many find the staff friendly and helpful. One customer shared a touching story about a staff member who paid for their lunch with her own debit card, demonstrating kindness and good service.
