First the service was bad. The cashier didn't say anything and finally walked over to the register and just waited there to see if we were going to say anything. One burger we ordered was made wrong and part of the fries were burnt. We ate inside and didn't get a tray for our food just two bags and I asked the server about ketchup packets and she said they were in the bag and there wasn't any when I removed my food. Terrible all around as most Wendy's appear to be these days.
I live 3 minutes from this Wendy's. By the time I got home my nuggets and fries were cold. I had to place them in the microwave oven to heat them up. 3 minutes driving time and the food was cold not warm...COLD

It took 30 minutes to get our food via the drive thru, despite being the second in line when we arrived. One of the burgers was missing from the bag. One of the chicken sandwiches was missing bacon. Fries were overcooked and getting cold. They were also out of coke and sweet tea.I did see an employee washing his hands and they did apologize for the wait.
