Maybe they were just having a bad day, based on all the other reviews. The day I went in there was not a pleasant experience. The bathroom was gross — slippery floors, disposable gloves on the floor, no soap in the dispenser. The Freestyle machine was out of everything except Fanta and Mello Yellow. There was no cover on the sweet tea dispenser. The staff were cordial but definitely not friendly. They seemed to be bothered by having to help me. Food was OK though.
Food is good. Customer service also good. I walked in to get my food. I'm driving, so I stopped right off the interstate to get dinner here. I ordered the salad. They had no knives to cut up my salad so I could eat on the road. I ended up eating inside and lost about an hour of time because it was not a place that catered to people eating on the run
