“I Purchased this seamoss from Botanicals NOLA a few weeks ago. Its time to get busy making more products incorporating this great seamoss. I have to be honest. I have had great difficulty finding seamoss in mississippi. I drove 60 miles to get it. As you very well know i will be selling products soon. Im a very careful about What i incorporate what into my products. I have been using their premade seamoss, i love the smoothies and the coffee is okay. i have had great results. Almost a year ago, i got off work and made a wrong turn. This wrong turn was Gods plan, i found Botanicals Nola a natural health establishment. The staff is courteous, the products are great and the food is good. As a good customer, well i would like to think i am. I paid without complaint, i left a tip and respected the business space. If you visit New orleans please visit the Black owned establishments. This should be your first stop.“

“So, this was the morning before the big game (raiders vs saints - btw what a game huh?) We came in here wanting coffee and we got it. Easy transaction. The guy who serviced us was just so nice. Like holy heckaroo, that guy deserves to be in top level meetings about top level decision at huge, huge corporations and make a lot of money. His demeanor is so chill and logical. This was on Dec. 29th at 11am. He has a lot of tattoos, which I really dug! I'm thinking about getting some more tats myself and he inspired me even more.

The only knock on this nice little chill ass cafe, is that the staff services the consumers so much, in a way that you absolutely feel welcomed, but it causes a long line inside, bit of a wait time, and people sitting inside dont want to have a bunch of other people standing next to them while they are enjoying their coffee. Just makes it a bit uncomfortable, y'know? Also! The same guy servicing us gave me a large decaf instead of medium, which is great because he was accommodating me for the wait. Honestly, what a dude. No hate, all love.“

“Yesterday was my first time at Two Chicks, and it was an absolute blast! We had a party of seven, and to my surprise, we were seated right away. Our hostess was amazing - she was just like Ashley, super sweet and gave us some fantastic menu recommendations. She handled our large party with ease, even though it was super busy. The food was incredible - everyone at the table loved everything. And guess what? The food came out super fast! We had seven meals within 15-20 minutes tops. It was incredible! “The manager called me personally after a not to good experience. She apologized for the bad experience and was upset. She invited me back to the store and she would personally fix my smoothie. Also, she guaranteed that employees on the particular shift would show improvement on their making of smoothies. I visited the store about two weeks later. This particular smoothie was made just like the other smoothies I purchased for the past 18 yrs. Regardless of the state in which the smoothie was purchased. I’m so proud of how the store manager fixed this issue with her employers. This Smoothie King is in my neighborhood and I was excited about the new location . “This is a fantastic little independent coffee shop. The place is bright and clean, well decorated, and the owner works here. Every customer gets a personal greeting and a genuine smile. It has a drive-thru and there’s plenty of seating, some soft chairs and several tables, one perfectly suited for a group, with many outlets in the center for tech. I ordered a latte that is perfect, not all foam like I get from chains. The chocolate croissant reminded me of pastries I’ve had in Europe - buttery but not greasy, with high-quality dark chocolate that wasn’t ruined by lots of refined sugar. If I could give six stars for atmosphere, they would get six stars. The Baristas here know their products to the smallest detail; you can tell from the way they you questions about your order. They laugh and joke with customers but not at the expense of their work. They laugh WHILE working, not INSTEAD of working. If there was an Academy Awards for small businesses, this one would take the gold.“
