“I went and purchased the toast with fruit at 8am on 1-14-26, Dereon and Jaeda🥰🥰 The young ladies who worked were very kind and the service was awesome 👌🏾❤️. Very positive but, the presentation of the toast was what was most shocking. I am a smoothie King fanatic and have been to multiple smoothie kings in the New Orleans, Westbank and kenner area. This smoothie king toast looked better than the picture on the menu 🥰😂😂 and tastes awesome. I had double back to order an extra toast because I wasn't sharing mines 😂😂 I wish I could have taken a picture on this review, because that's how pretty the toast is y'all. It was warm, fruits fresh, and pretty to eat. These ladies need a raise 😂👌🏾Had to give an review, thanks for the great service ladies, keep up the great work ✨✨“

“☕️ Came into The Gospel Coffee and Boozy Treats today for my usual frozen mocha, which is basically their version of a mocha frappuccino, and listen… that thing disappears so fast every time I get one I start wondering if I even ordered a large 😂

Two of my favorites were working the counter today, Caroline and Cheyenne, and they always make the place feel welcoming. Customer service matters at coffee shops because before caffeine kicks in, some of us are out here fighting for survival 😭☕️

I came in around noon on a Tuesday and it wasn’t crowded at all. They’ve got seating for around 12 people, so it’s a cool little spot if you want to chill, answer emails, scroll social media, or pretend to work while really people watching 👀💻

One underrated thing about this place is the Wi Fi. The Wi Fi in The Gospel be WORKING working. Sometimes I feel like my phone gets stronger signal in here than at home 😂

I’ve had their blueberry muffin before and it’s always on point. Soft, fresh, and actually tastes homemade instead of those muffins that fight back when you bite them 🫐🧁 I also keep seeing the bacon egg and cheese sandwiches come out the kitchen looking good enough to make me break every diet plan I’ve ever made 🥓🍳🧀

Overall, quick service, friendly staff, great frozen coffee, solid atmosphere, and dependable Wi Fi. Definitely one of my favorite little coffee run spots in the area. I’ll definitely be back 🙌“

From the precisely fronted shelves and all the explanations of each drink. I have to say he deserves way more than 5 stars. I drove 2hrs for a doctors appointment and I get here and they tell it is for tomorrow. Kid-friendliness: All options are kid friendly as long as they don't have specific allergies. It's also a great way to introduce new fruits and especially vegetables. It also teaches them that a snack doesn't necessarily have to be takis or junk. Smoothie King offers different delicious options. I have enjoyed everything that I have tried since they have been around.“

This being said they gave us 40 oz. cups but charged full price. Seems manager could have given us half price because their inventory wasn't maintained property. My comments as a regular customer! “When you are in Ochsners Hospital and order on the app for the smoothie king inside the hospital the app boots the order to this location without giving the option of keeping the hospital location. The girl working at the hospital location is aware of this happening and doesn’t care. She told me to go across the street even though I explained that I could not leave the hospital. Told me to Google the address and insinuated I should know the addresses of the locations. Told her I was from out of state and never been here before. Told me to call them and cancel the order. I called and at first was told it couldn’t be done. I explained what happened and was told just to tell the hospital location that I already paid. Explained that they didn’t care and charged me a second time. The man took my number, called his boss and called back to say they would refund the first charge. That was very nice. To avoid this happening to others they need to fix the app to stop it booting to the other location.“

“Wow, a 10/10 experience at the Smoothie King in downtown New Orleans! I had to share my experience. I was so impressed with the exceptional service we received from Gavin and manager Kelley.
When we placed our order, we had several dietary restrictions and allergies that made it a bit complicated. Gavin was so incredibly patient and careful, making sure to note every detail and prepare our order with the utmost precision. Honestly, I'm pretty sure he took more notes than I did in my college chemistry class, which I really appreciated!
After we ordered, we went outside to wait, expecting a bit of a delay due to the special preparation. To our surprise, a few minutes later, Kelley came out and found us to personally deliver our smoothies! She went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and we didn't have to wait around.
The whole place was incredibly clean, the staff was accommodating and friendly, and the service was super fast. This location is an absolute gem. If you're in the area and need a delicious and perfectly prepared smoothie, you need to stop by and see this team!“
