“Stopped by during a rainy afternoon and the atmosphere felt extra cozy because of the weather outside. Ordered waffles and hot chocolate while waiting for traffic to calm down. Waffles came warm with fresh toppings and the chocolate drink wasn’t too heavy. Service slowed slightly once the cafe filled up, though still manageable.“

“Great spot with nice workers. Only leaving four stars for food because I really with they would add the Legendary Protein Pastry’s I’ve seen at other smoothie king locations around the area. If you like lifting weights I recommend the Gladiator Chocolate with Peanut Butter and Banana. Low carb and high protein.“

“Wow, a 10/10 experience at the Smoothie King in downtown New Orleans! I had to share my experience. I was so impressed with the exceptional service we received from Gavin and manager Kelley.
When we placed our order, we had several dietary restrictions and allergies that made it a bit complicated. Gavin was so incredibly patient and careful, making sure to note every detail and prepare our order with the utmost precision. Honestly, I'm pretty sure he took more notes than I did in my college chemistry class, which I really appreciated!
After we ordered, we went outside to wait, expecting a bit of a delay due to the special preparation. To our surprise, a few minutes later, Kelley came out and found us to personally deliver our smoothies! She went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and we didn't have to wait around.
The whole place was incredibly clean, the staff was accommodating and friendly, and the service was super fast. This location is an absolute gem. If you're in the area and need a delicious and perfectly prepared smoothie, you need to stop by and see this team!“

“Yesterday being Friday, the Hulk Special, half price 32 oz. It's a great deal. We went to treat ourselves but location was out of 32oz cups. This being said they gave us 40 oz. cups but charged full price. Seems manager could have given us half price because their inventory wasn't maintained property. My comments as a regular customer! I also want to mention always friendly atmosphere!“
